SOCIETYԱԱԾ տնօրենի և ՀՔԾ պետի միջև հեռախոսազրույցի վերաբերյալ Քննչական կոմիտեում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ներկայացուցիչ Հովհաննես Խուդոյանը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել Քոչարյանին տուժողի դատավարական կարգավիճակ տալու վերաբերյալ:

«Միջնորդությունը Քննչական կոմիտե ներկայացվել է՝ հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ հրապարակված ձայնագրության բովանդակությունը պարունակում է այնպիսի տվյալներ, որոնք առերևույթ հաստատում են Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ազատությունն ապօրինի սահմանափակելուն ուղղված գործողությունների կատարման փաստը»,-ասաց Խուդոյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրավաչափ կլինի դատավարական կարգավիճակի ճանաչումը, իսկ մերժումը կասկածի տակ կդնի նախաքննության օբյեկտիվությունը:
