Կապանի քաղաքապետի անկուսակցական թեկնածու Գևորգ Փարսյանը դժգոհում է՝ ՔՊ թեկնածուն օգտվում է իշխանական լծակներից: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում, խոսելով նախընտրական քարոզարշավից, թեև թեկնածուն նշեց, որ քարոզարշավը նորմալ ընթանում է, և որևէ լարվածություն չկա, սակայն ընդգծեց, որ թեկնածուների քարոզարշավներն անհավասար պայմաններում են անցնում:  

Հիշեցնենք, որ Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքում հոկտեմբերի 21-ին սպասվում են արտահերթ ընտրություններ. 3 թեկնածուներն էլ ինքնաառաջադրվել են: 

Սյունիքի մարզպետի տեղակալ Նարեկ Բաբայանը, թեև, ՔՊ կուսակցությունից է, սակայն կուսակցության կողմից չի առաջադրվել: Ինքնաառաջադրվել են նաև անկուսակցականներ «Կապանի ԼՀԿ» ՓԲԸ Իրավաբանական բաժնի պետ Էդգար Հովհաննիսյանը և «Ռազ-Բիլդինգ» ՍՊԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն Գևորգ Փարսյանը:

«Իհարկե կա նման մոտեցում. քարոզարշավին գալիս, մասնակցում են կառավարության անդամներ, նախարարներ, և կարելի է ասել, որ անուղղակի ազդեցություն է այդ ոլորտի աշխատակիցների նկատմամբ:

 
 

 Առողջապահության նախարարը կամ կրթության և գիտության նախարարը գալիս են, քարոզարշավին մասնակցում, և դա ինչ-որ չափով ազդակ է առողջապահության ոլորտի կամ կրթության ոլորտի աշխատակիցներին»,-ասաց նա:

Գևորգ Փարսյանը նաև նշեց, որ իրենց հասնում են լուրեր, որ ազդեցություններ կան այլ բնագավառներից ևս. «Մասնավորապես մարզպետարանն է միջամտում, իհարկե, դրանք լուրեր են»,-ասաց նա և համաձայնեց, որ դա էլ ենթադրելի է, քանի որ թեկնածուն փոխմարզպետ է եղել:

Անդրադառնալով այն հրապարակումներին, թե ինքը կրիմինալ կապեր ունի, որոնց միջոցով էլ փորձում է ընտրություններում հաջողության հասնել՝ Փարսյանը, նշեց, որ դրանք անհիմն ասեկոսեներ են:

«Ես չեմ հասկանում՝ իրենք ինչու են նման խոսակցություններ տարածում, երևի ավելի շատ սև PR-ով են զբաղված»,-ասաց նա և միտում տեսավ նման խոսակցությունները տարածելու մեջ:

Իսկ թե ինչու են իրեն թիրախ վերցրել, ասաց՝ որովհետև իրեն են լուրջ մրցակից տեսնում: Փարսյանը հաստատեց, որ նախկինում 1 տարվա ազատազրկման է դատապարտված եղել՝ ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելու (դանակահարության) մեղադրանքով, ապա՝ վաղաժամկետ ազատ արձակվել: Ըստ նրա՝ ինքը չի համարվում դատվածություն ունեցող անձ, քանի որ այդ դեպքից անցել է մոտ 15 տարի: «Բայց եղել է նման դեպք, որը կապված էր իմ պատվի ու արժանապատվության հետ, և այդ հարցն էլ նորից է հնչել, և դա վեր հանելով՝ փորձում են իրենց համար դիվիդենտներ հավաքել, ամեն կերպ փորձում են»,-ասաց նա:

Այդքանով հանդերձ, նա իր շանսերը շատ բարձր է գնահատում: Ըստ վերջինիս՝ Կապան քաղաքում խնդիրները գրեթե նույնն են. գյուղական թաղամասերն իրենց յուրահատուկ խնդիրներն ունեն՝ ջրագծեր, ճանապարհներ, իսկ քաղաքային բակերում՝ տանիք, վերելակ, ներբակային ճանապարհներ, խաղահրապարակներ:
