Աջ ղեկով մեքենա ներկրողները Բագրատաշենի անցակետում բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացնում
SOCIETYԱջ ղեկով մեքենա ներկրողներն այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 18–ին բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացնում Բագրատաշենի անցակետում։ Բանն այն է, որ աջ ղեկով մեքենաների ներկրման արգելքի պատճառով 130-ից ավելի մեքենաներ կանգնած են հայ-վրացական սահմանին։
«Շուրջ 130 մեքենաներ կանգնած են Բագրատաշենի անցակատում, մոտավորապես 2000 մեքենա էլ Վրաստանում է. մարդիկ չեն կարողանում գրանցել մեքենաները, որպեսզի կարողանան ներկրել»,–դժգոհեց բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցներից մեկը։
Վարորդներից մեկն էլ հայտարարեց, որ թաքուն, մի քանի օրվա մեջ օրենք են ընդունել, որ մեքենաների ներկրման արգելքը ոչ թե մինչեւ հոկտեմբերի 1–ն է, այլ՝ անժամկետ.
«Քաղաքացիները տեղյակ չեն եղել, մաքսատան պատին էլ կպցրած է եղել այն, որ կա մինչեւ հոկտեմբերի 1-ը արգելք, հետո կարող են բերել»,–ասաց վարորդը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ԱԺ–ն մարտի 1-ին ընդունել էր «Հայաստան աջ ղեկով ավտոմեքենաների ներմուծումը ժամանակավորապես արգելելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը՝ համաձայն որի 2018-ի ապրիլի 1-ից մինչեւ հոկտեմբերի 1-ն է արգելվում Հայաստան ներկրել աջ ղեկով ավտոմեքենաներ, իսկ արդեն ներմուծված ավտոմեքենաների շահագործումը չէր արգելվում երկրի ներսում:
Այսօր «Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրել էր, որ օրենքի նախագծի` երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ եւ ամբողջությամբ ընդունվելու ժամանակ փոփոխություն է կատարվել եւ հանվել է նախագծից «ժամանակավոր» բառը: Օրենքը մարտի 16-ին ստորագրվել է ՀՀ այլեւս նախկին նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողմից, որի համաձայն` ապրիլի 1-ից ընդհանրապես արգելվում է աջակողմյան ղեկային տեղաբաշխմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցների «Բաց թողնումը ներքին սպառման համար» մաքսային ընթացակարգով:
