POLITICSԱնկեղծ ասած` դեռ կարիք ունեմ հասկանալու՝ ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում բիթքոինը: Այս մասին այսօր «Մուլտի գրուպ» կոնցեռնի համագործակցությամբ աշխարհում ամենամեծ մայնինգ ֆերմայի բացման արարողությունից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Կան մարդիկ, որ ասում են` դա չի կարելի, դա անթույլատրելի է, կան մարդիկ, որ ասում են` դա ապագան է: Համենայնդեպս, ինչ տեսա շատ հետաքրքիր է, ուղղակի մենք բոլորս դա ավելի լրջորեն ընկալելու խնդիր ունենք»,- նշեց վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշում է, որ Բիթքոինի շրջանառությունն օրենսդրորեն կարգավորված չէ Հայաստանում: Նրա տեղեկացմամբ՝ նման նախաձեռնություններ եղել են, բայց ՀՀ բանկային համակարգը որոշակի վերապահումներ ունի բիթքոինի հետ կապված:
«Իսկապես հասկանալու կարիք կա, կարծում եմ՝ պետք է հանդարտ վերաբերել, մինչև ավելի մանրամասն հասկանանք՝ ինչ է իրենից ներկայացնում բիթքոինը»,- ասաց նա:
ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարն անդրադառնալով սահմանում տիրող իրավիճակին` ասաց, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական և արցախա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում վիճակն աննախադեպ հանգիստ է, և ըստ նրա՝ դա ինչ-որ առումով Դուշանբեի պայմանավորվածությունների արդյունքն է:
«Ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ, ինչպես պայմանավորվել էինք, հաստատվել է հուսալի օպերատիվ կապ: Կարող ենք ասել, որ փոխադարձաբար ցանկացած տեղեկատվություն կես ժամվա ընթացքում կհասնի կամ Ադրբեջանի նախագահին, իսկ եթե նրանց կողմից լինի, կհասնի ինձ: Այնպես չէ, որ ամեն միջադեպի դեպքում կապի մեջ ենք մտնում՝ ըստ անհրաժեշտության»,- նշեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
