SOCIETYՔրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ Արտյոմ Մխոյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Քրեակատարողական ծառայողի օրվա կապակցությամբ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱՆ ՔԿԾ հանրային կապերի բաժնից, ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.
«Հարգելի՛ ծառայակիցներ, Քրեակատարողական ծառայության և անձամբ իմ անունից սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ մեզ Քրեակատարողական ծառայողի օրվա կապակցությամբ: Սկսած 2001թ. հոկտեմբերի 19-ից շուրջ մեկդարյա պատմություն ունեցող մեր կառույցը գործում է ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության համակարգում, և այս տարի մենք ևս երկրի պետական օրացույցում ունեցանք մեր օրը. ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ՝ հոկտեմբերի 19-ը պաշտոնապես հայտարարվեց քրեակատարողական ծառայողի օր: Եւ ես՝ որպես Քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ, հպարտությամբ և մեծ ակնածությամբ պատիվ ունեմ առաջինը շնորհավորելու բոլորիս:
Այսօր, երբ օրեցօր, ժամ առ ժամ պատմության նոր շունչ ստացած մեր երկրում ժամանակի հրամայականով ի հայտ են գալիս արդիական պահանջներ և շեշտադրումներ, յուրաքանչյուրիցս պահանջվում է մասնագիտական պատրաստվածության է՛լ ավելի բարձր մակարդակ, անաչառություն, սկզբունքայնություն, և մեր ուսերին դրված հույժ կարևոր պարտականություններն իրականացնելիս՝ ամենօրյա պահանջ է մեծ ընտանիքի պես միասնաբար և ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ գործելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Անցած տասնյոթ տարիները կարող ենք համարել Ծառայության կայացման և ամրապնդման համար կարևոր շրջան: Բայց դեռ անելիքներ շատ կան ու կլինեն, մենք պետք է երբեք չթուլանանք՝ մեր ձեռքը մշտապես պահելով մասնագիտական կատարելագործման զարկերակին՝ ի փառս մեր հայրենիքի, ի պատիվ մեր Ծառայության, և վստահ եմ, որ շարունակելու ենք աշխատել անկողմնակալությամբ: Օրինականությունը, մարդու և քաղաքացու իրավունքներն ու ազատությունները, պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը հարգելու, մարդասիրության ու հրապարակայնության սկզբունքները պետք է վերածվեն բոլորիս համար անսասան դավանանքի:
Մեկ անգամ ևս շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս անդրանիկ տոնի կապակցությամբ: Մեր երկիրը նորովի կառուցելու և շենացնելու այժմեական տեսլականում մենք կարևոր կառույցներից ենք, ցանկանում եմ, որ արդարացնենք մեզ և մե՛ր մասնագիտական ճկունությամբ ու հմտությամբ, մե՛ր բարեխիղճ աշխատանքով համապատասխանենք պետական ծառայողի՝ օրենքով սահմանված մեր տեսակին:
