Թուրքագետ. Քրդական խնդիրը լուծելու համար անհրաժեշտ է փոխել Թուրքիայի Սահմանադրությունը

Քրդական խնդիրը լուծելու համար առաջին հերթին անհրաժեշտ է փոխել Թուրքիայի Սահմանադրությունը եւ այնտեղ հաշվի առնել քրդերի պահանջները, որոնք երկրի բնակչության զգալի մասն են կազմում։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նշել է Հայաստանի ԳԱԱ Արեւելագիտության ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող Վահրամ Տեր-Մաթեւոսյանը։
Անդրադառնալով նախօրեին Քուրդիստանի բանվորական կուսակցության (PKK) կողմից հրադադարի չեղյալ հայտարարելուն, որոնց մասին հայտարարվել էր խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ, թուրքագետը նշել է, որ PKK-ն դա անում ոչ առաջին, ոչ էլ վերջին անգամ։ «Հասկանալի է, որ ընտրությունները եւ դրանցում արձանագրված խախտումները չէին կարող չմտահոգել PKK-ին, որը մեծ ազդեցություն ունի երկրի արեւելյան շրջաններում։ Շատ կարեւոր հանգամանք է նաեւ այն, թե ինչպիսին կլինեն իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության եւ PKK-ի միջեւ հրադադարի կամ խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման բանակցությունները»,-ընդգծել է Տեր-Մաթեւոսյանը։
Նրա խոսքով, հայտնի է, որ այս տարվա հուլիսին Օսլոյում սառեցվել է գործընթացը, եւ հիմա կողմերը պատրաստվում են նոր գործընթացի։ «Բայց նրանք բավարար կամք ունե՞ն գործընթացն ավարտին հասցնելու համար։ Կարծում եմ՝ քրդական հարցը պայմանավորված է բոլորովին այլ հանգամանքներով։ Սա ավելի համակարգային խնդիր է Թուրքիայում, սա քաղաքական, քաղաքակրթական ու մշակութային խնդիր է»,-հավելել է թուրքագետը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 1-ին Թուրքիայում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ են տեղի ունեցել, որտեղ հաղթանակ է տարել իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցությունը։
