Դավիթ Խուդաթյանն ընտրվել է Արմավիրի քաղաքապետ։ Այս մասին Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրառում է կատարել Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության աշխատակազմի վարչական վերահսկողության և համայնքային ծառայության հարցերով խորհրդական Սիփան Փաշինյանը:
Նա մասնավորապես գրել է.«Դավիթ Խուդաթյանն ընտրվեց Արմավիրի քաղաքապետ»։
Նշենք,որ Արմավիր քաղաքում ընտրապայքարին մասնակցելում էր 4 թեկնածու, որոնցից միայն մեկն էր կուսակցական։ Համայնքի ղեկավարի 4 թեկնածուներից մեկն անկուսակցական Ժիրայր Աբրահամյանն էր, որը մեկ անգամ եղել է ավագանու անդամ:
Ընտրապայքարի մյուս մասնակիցը Օհան Հարությունյանն էր։ Նա նույնպես անկուսակցական է և այժմ աշխատում է «ՀԵԾ» ՓԲԸ «Մուսալեռ» մասնաճյուղում՝ որպես կուրսանտների վերլուծական և էներգիայի իրացման բաժնի ճարտարագետ: Վերջինս 2 անգամ եղել է Արմավիրի ավագանու անդամ։
Արմավիր համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում կուսակցական թեկնածու Խուդաթյան Դավիթը ներկայացնում է « Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը։
