POLITICSՀոկտեմբերի 21-ին անցկացված ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները ցույց տվեցին, որ ակնհայտ է հեղափոխության հաղթանակը: «Եվրասիական շաբաթ» միջազգային ֆորումին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Ցանկանում եմ շնորհավորել ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների անցկացման կապակցությամբ: Ցավում եմ, որ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում մեր թեկնածուներից ոմանք չհաղթեցին, սակայն ուրախ եմ, որ ևս մեկ քայլ կատարեցինք՝ արձանագրելու մեր հավատարմությունը թավշյա հեղափոխության արժեքներին: Երկու թեկնածու պարտվել է, նրանք հանդես են եկել հեղափոխության պաշտպանության դիրքերից: Էականն այն է, որ մենք մեր պարտավորությունը կատարել ենք: Ասել եմ և ասում եմ՝ ընտրություններն այլևս ընտրակեղծիքներով չեն լինելու»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ ասաց՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը նշեց, որ մինչ քվեարկությանը օրը իրենց թեկնածուների վարկանիշը գնալով բարձրանում էր, սակայն որոշ տեղերում չհասցրեցին գործն ավարտին հասցնել:
«Աներկբա է, որ բոլոր տեղերում ընտրությունների պաշտոնական արդյունքները արտահայտում են մարդկանց ընտրությունը: Եթե կան և կարող են լինել դետալներ, ըստ որոնց միշտ չէ, որ նշանակում են ազատ կամարտահայտություն, ապա այդ ուղղությամբ պետք է աշխատել: Մենք տեսականորեն այդպիսի դետալ չենք բացառում: Ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ նույնիսկ այդ պարագայում քվեարկության արդյունքները պետք է 100 տոկոս ճշգրտորեն արձանագրվեն, որևէ այլ տարբերակ չի կարող լինել: Ակնհայտ է հեղափոխության հաղթանակը»,-ասաց նա:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովն ամփոփել է հոկտեմբերի 21-ին կայացած տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների նախնական արդյունքները:Հոկտեմբերի 21-ին տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններ են կայացել հանրապետության 9 մարզի 49 համայնքում, որից 24-ում ընտրությունները եղել են հերթական՝ 25-ում՝ արտահերթ: ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ են կայացել հանրապետության 4 քաղաքներում՝ Սյունիքի մարզի Կապան քաղաքում, Արմավիրի մարզի Էջմիածին և Արմավիր քաղաքներում, Կոտայքի մարզի Հրազդան քաղաքում:
Նախնական արդյունքներով Էջմիածնում քաղաքապետ է ընտրվել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության կողմից առաջադրված Դիանա Գասպարյանը, Կոտայքի մարզի Հրազդան քաղաքում քաղաքապետ է ընտրվել ինքնաառաջադրված թեկնածու Սևակ Միքայելյանը, Արմավիրի մարզի Արմավիր համայնքում քաղաքապետ է ընտրվել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության առաջադրած թեկնածու Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը: Կապանում անկուսակցական Գևորգ Փարսյանը հաղթել է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության կողմից առաջադրված թեկնածու Նարեկ Բաբայանին:
