SOCIETYԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների արդյունաբերական հզորությունների կոոպերացիան թույլ կտա Հայաստանին վերականգնել բարդ սարքավորումների և հաշվարկային տեխնիկայի արտադրության առաջատարի իր դիրքերը, որոնք կային դեռ ԽՍՀՄ տարիներին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին «Եվրասիական շաբաթ 2018» ֆորումի ընթացքում ասաց Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի խորհրդական Սերգեյ Գլազևը:
«Ինչպե՞ս եք գնահատում Հայաստանի հնարավորությունները ԵԱՏՄ արդյունաբերական կոոպերացիայի ընդհանուր շղթայում ներգրավվելու ուղղությամբ»,- լրագրողի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ Գլազևը նախ ուրախություն հայտնեց, որ վերջապես քննարկվում են ԵԱՏՄ-ում տեխնոլոգիական զարգացման, արդյունաբերական կոոպերացիաների հարցերը:
«Ստեղծելով ընդհանուր շուկա մեր երկրների միջև՝ մենք հիմա պետք է հոգ տանենք այն մասին, որ այդ ընդհանուր շուկայում լինեն մեր ապրանքները: Ընդ որում, խոսքը ոչ միայն պարենային ապրանքների մասին է, այլև, առաջին հերթին, բարձր ավելացված արժեքով տեխնոլոգիական ապրանքների: Հայաստանն այս առումով իրավամբ համարվում է հետխորհրդային տարածքի բարձր զարգացած պետություն, որտեղ երկար տասնամյակների ընթացքում ձևավորվել է սարքավորումների, հաշվարկային տեխնիկայի արտադրության, բարդ, բարձր տեխնոլոգիական մեքենաշինության բազան: Եւ դեռ խորհրդային տարիներին հայկական տնտեսության՝ արտադրությունը եզրափակողի դերը հիմնված էր ահռելի կոոպերացիայի վրա, որին մասնակցում էին բարդ ապրանքներ արտադրող հարյուրավոր ու անգամ հազարավոր ձեռնարկություններ: Ուրախ եմ տեսնել, որ Հայաստանի այդ մասնագիտացումն այսօր վերականգնվում է»,- նշեց ՌԴ նախագահի խորհրդականը:
Նա փաստեց, որ հայկական ընկերություններն ակտիվորեն համագործակցում են «Ռոստեխ» կորպորացիայի հետ, որը միավորում է Ռուսաստանի բազում բարձր տեխնոլոգիական մեքենաշինական ընկերություններ և ՌԴ տնտեսության տեխնիկա-տնտեսական զարգացման ֆլագմանն է:
«Եվրասիական միության հսկայական շուկան, որտեղ Հայաստանը շատ ավանդական գործընկերներ ունի արտադրական կոոպերացիայի առումով, համոզված եմ, մեծ հնարավորություններ կտա հայկական տնտեսության աճի համար: Այս ֆորումի ընթացքում մենք ականատես ենք լինում շփումների, այստեղ են «Ռոստեխի», Ռուսաստանի արդյունաբերության հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչները՝ հենց կոոպերացիան ընդլայնելու և Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար ավանդական՝ բարդ սարքավորումների և հաշվարկային տեխնիկայի արտադրության առաջատարի ֆունկցիան վերականգնելու նպատակով»,- ընդգծեց Գլազևը:
Նա նշեց, որ ֆորումի ընթացքում խոսվել է նաև արդյունաբերության զարգացման հիմնադրամի մասին, գործում է Եվրասիական զարգացման բանը, սակայն անհրաժեշտ է զգալիորեն մեծացնել այդ ինստիտուտների հզորությունը, դարձնել դրանք ավելի բազմազան, որովհետև որքան շատ նման հիմնադրամներ լինեն, այնքան լավ:
