SOCIETYՀեղափոխություն տեղի է ունեցել, սակայն իշխանափոխություն դեռեւս տեղի չի ունեցել: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 24-ին, ԱԺ-ում որպես վարչապետի թեկնածու իր ելույթում նշեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Նա անդրադարձավ վերջին 5 ամիսներին ՀՀ-ում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններին, դրանց խորքային իմաստին. «Նախ ուզում եմ անդրադառնալ հարցին, թե այնուամենայնիվ ինչ էր Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցածը, հեղափոխություն, թե պարզապես իշխանափոխություն:
Ինձ համար միանշանակ է, որ Հայաստանում տեղի է ունեցել հեղափոխությունյ, որովհետեւ տեղի է ունեցել հասարակական ֆորմացիայի իրական փոփոխություն: Իսկ այդ փոփոխության իմաստն այն է, որ մինչեւ 2018- ապրիլ Հայաստանում դոմինանտ, որոշիչ ուժը հանդիսանում էր քրեական, տնտեսական, քաղաքական էլիտան, որին պատկանում էր ողջ իշխանությունը, իսկ հեղափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանում որոշիչ քաղաքական գործոնը, քաղաքական ուժը հանդիսանում է ժողովուրդը, որը կարողացավ այդ էլիտային պարտադրել, որ իր նախընտրած թեկնածուին ընտրեն վարչապետ եւ ճանաչեն ժողովրդի իշխանությունը:
Այս թեման հրատապ է այնքանով, որ կան վերլուծաբաններ ու քաղաքական գործիչներ, որոնք հայտարարում ու պնդում են, որ ՀՀ-ում ընդամենը իշխանափոխություն է տեղի ունեցել, ոչ թե հեղափոխություն: Ճշմարտությունը հակառակն է: Հեղափոխություն տեղի է ունեցել, սակայն իշխանափոխություն դեռեւս տեղի չի ունեցել: Համենայնդեպս՝ ամբողջական իշխանություն:
Այո, Հայաստանում հաստատված է ժողովրդական կառավարություն, բայց այդ կառավարությունը դեռեւս չունի իր գաղափարները կյանքի կոչելու գործիքը, որովհետեւ պետական կառավարման համակարգը եթե ոչ ամբողջությամբ, առնվազն մի հսկա մասով ոչ միայն գործում է հին տրամաբանությամբ եւ սովորություններով, այլեւ հին համակարգի վերադարձի թաքուն հույսը սրտի մեջ պահած»,-հայտարարեց Փաշինյանը:
