Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չընտրվեց ՀՀ վարչապետ
POLITICSՀայաստանի ազգային ժողովն այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 24-ի իր նիստում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին չընտրեց վարչապետ:
ՀՀԿ եւ ՀՅԴ խմբակցությունները հայտարարեցին, որ չեն մասնակցի քվեարկությանը: «Ելք»-ը հայտարարեց, որ ձեռնպահ են քվեարկելու:
Արդյունքում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարչապետ ընտրելու օգտին ոչ մի պատգամավոր չքվեարկեց: Դեմ էր 1, ձեռնպահ՝ 11 պատգամավոր:
Քվեարկությունից հետո ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը ժպիտով ասաց. «Շնորհավորում եմ չընդունված որոշման կապակցությամբ»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վարչապետի պաշտոնից հրաժարական է տվել հոկտեմբերի 17-ին: Սահմանադրության 149-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն, վարչապետի հրաժարականից հետո 7 օրվա ընթացքում ԱԺ խմբակցությունները կարող են առաջադրել վարչապետի թեկնածու, իսկ 8-րդ օրը պետք է տեղի ունեն վարչապետի ընտրություն ԱԺ հատուկ նիստում:
«Ելք» խմբակցությունն առաջադրել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թեկնածությունը. ՀՀԿ-ն, ՀՅԴ-ն եւ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցությունը թեկնածու չեն առաջադրել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ թեեւ «Ելք»-ը ներկայացրել է Փաշինյանի թեկնածությունը, սակայն միաժամանակ կոչ է արել բոլոր պատգամավորներին՝ չընտրել նրան, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի ուղիղ մեկ շաբաթ անց (հոկտեմբերի 31-ին) եւս մեկ անգամ չընտրելով վարչապետ հասնել խորհրդարանի լուծարման: Նման սցենարի դեպքում դեկտեմբերի առաջին կեսին տեղի կունենան ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններ:
Իսկ եթե խորհրդարանն այնուամենայնիվ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ընտրի վարչապետ, ապա ԱԺ լուծարումը օրակարգից դուրս կգա կամ առնվազն կհետաձգվի:
