Կառավարությունը շարունակում է բնակարաններով ապահովել Գյումրիում երկրաշարժից տուժածներին

Շուտով կառավարությունը որոշում կընդունի Գյումրիում երկրաշարժից տուժած ընտանիքներին բնակարաններով ապահովելու ծրագիրը շարունակելու մասին: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարար Սարգսյանը: «Գյումրիում անցած տարի մնացել էին 450 ընտանիք, որոնք բնակարանի խնդիրն ունեին: Նրանց կեսն անցյալ տարվա և այս տարվա որոշումներով բնակարաններ ստացել են : Մյուս կեսը շուտով կստանան իրենց բնակարանները: Պետությունը կատարում է իր օպարտավորությունները և շուտով կլինի կառավարության որոշումը նրանց բնակարանների վկայականների գնման խնդիրը լուծելու վերաբերյալ: Մենք ասել ենք, որ աղետի գոտու քաղաքային հատվածում բնակարանային խնդիրների լուծումը կավարտվի 2016թ., իսկ գյուղական հատվածներում՝ 2017 թ.»,- ընդգծեց Սարգսյանը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե հարցը դրանով չի լուծվում, քանի որ հազարավոր ընտանիքներ շարունակում են անօթևան մնալ, Սարգսյանը պատասխանեց. «Պետությունը մինչև 2008 թ. հաշվառել է աղետի գոտում մնացած բնակարանները: Պետությունը մինչ այս պահը մոտավորապես 20 հազար ընտանիքի խնդիր է լուծել: Բազմաթիվ շենքեր են կառուցվել: Մեզ մնացել է լուծել շուրջ 4500 ընտանիքի խնդիր: Գյումրիում մնացել է 233 ընտանիք, որոնց խնդիրը կլուծվի կառավարության մոտակա որոշմամբ»,- ասաց Սարգսյանը:
Անդրադառնալով լրագրողներից մեկի դիտարկմանը, թե Գյումրիի «Մուշ» թաղամասում կաքռուցվող շենքերն անորակ են, և պատերը սկսել են ճաքեր տալ, Նարեկ Սարգայանն ընդգծեց, որ թերություններ կարող են լինել, որոնք շինարարները պարտավոր են վերացնել: Նախարարի տվյալներով՝ յուրաքանչյուր կոնկրետ դեպքում շինարարները վերացնւմ են այդ թերությունները:
