Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակը հայտարարել է նոր հետազոտական հիմնադրամի ստեղծման մասին
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում հայտնել է 200 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար նախնական ֆինանսավորմամբ «Մանուկյան Սիմոն» հետազոտական հիմնադրամ (ՄՍՀՀ) ստեղծելու մասին:
«Արմենպրես»-ը, ներկայացնում է Տիգրան Ավինյանի գրասենյակի տարածած հայտարարությունը.
«Փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանի, «Մանուկյան Սիմոն» հիմնադրամի (ՄՍՀ) ներկայացուցիչ Քրիսթին Սիմոնի և Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարանի (ՀԱՀ) նախագահ Արմեն Տեր-Կյուրեղյանի համագործակցության և ջանքերի շնորհիվ հոկտեմբերի 10-ին ՀԱՀ-ն համաձայնագիր է ստորագրել ՄՍՀ-ի հետ՝ 200 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար նախնական ֆինանսավորմամբ «Մանուկյան Սիմոն» հետազոտական հիմնադրամ (ՄՍՀՀ) ստեղծելու մասին: ՄՍՀՀ-ն կօգտագործվի հայկական համալսարանների, տեղի, ինչպես նաև միջազգային փորձագետների կողմից ՀՀ կառավարության համար հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող թեմաների վերաբերյալ հետազոտություններ իրականացնելու համար:
Այս առումով փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Տիգրան Ավինյանը նշել է. «Սա մեր՝ ԱՄՆ և Կանադա կատարած աշխատանքային այցի հերթական արդյունքներից մեկն է: «Մանուկյան Սիմոն» հետազոտական հիմնադրամը կնպաստի կառավարություն-գիտական հանրույթ հաղորդակցմանը և փաստերի վերլուծության վրա հիմնված քաղաքականության մշակմանը: Մենք մեծապես կարևորում ենք Քրիսթին Սիմոնի և «Մանուկյան Սիմոն» հիմնադրամի դերը այս գործընթացում և շնորհակալություն հայտնում նրանց Հայաստանին և կառավարության բարեփոխումներին ցուցաբերած աջակցության համար: Նաև շնորհակալ ենք Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարանին՝ ի դեմս պարոն Տեր-Կյուրեղյանի, ում հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցության շնորհիվ հնարավոր դարձավ կյանքի կոչել այս նախաձեռնությունը»:
Հետազոտական թեմաների հետ կապված առաջնահերթությունները կսահմանվեն փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնակատարի գրասենյակի կողմից: Կառավարության, ՀԱՀ-ի և ՄՍՀ կողմից նշանակված փորձագետների հանձնաժողովը կուսումնասիրի հետազոտական թեմաները, առաջարկություններ կներկայացնի և դիմումներ կընդունի հայկական համալսարաններից ու փորձագետներից:
Բացի վերոնշյալից՝ ՄՍՀՀ-ն կրթաթոշակներ կշնորհի բակալավրիատում, մագիստրատուրայում կամ ասպիրանտուրայում սովորող ուսանողներին: Փորձագիտական հանձնաժողովը կհայտարարի թեմաները և կրթաթոշակի դիմումներ կընդունի հետաքրքրված ուսանողների կողմից: Ծրագրի այս բաղադրիչի նպատակն է հետազոտական կարողությունների զարգացումը համալսարանների ուսանողների մոտ:
Հետազոտական ծրագրերի և կրթաթոշակների դիմումները ներկայացնելու համար մանրամասն ցուցումները մոտ ապագայում կհրապարակվեն փորձագիտական հանձնաժողովի կողմից»:
