Հեղափոխությունից հետո շատ վայրերում են ճանապարհ փակելը դարձրել պայքարի ուղի: Ով ումից կամ ինչից դժգոհ է, որոշում է ճանապարհ փակել: Այս թեմային ոչ մեկ անգամ անդրադարձել է նաև վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: «Հայաստանում բանը հասել է այնտեղ, որ հարևանը հարևանի հետ կռիվ է անում, դուրս են գալիս մեկը մի ճանապարհն է փակում, մեկը էն մի ճանապարհն է փակում։ Ով ինչ խնդիր ունի, դուրս է գալիս, ճանապարհ է փակում։ Գիտե՞ք, դա այնքան էլ ընդունելի չէ»,–մասնավորաբար ասել էր Փաշինյանը Կապանում: Այսուամենայնիվ, մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, իրավապահ մարմիններին հրահանգված է մինչև արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ ճանապարհ փակողներին «մատով անգամ չկպնել»: Սակայն ընտրություններից, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ Ամանորյա տոներից հետո նման մեղմություն ու հանդուրժողականություն այլևս չի ցուցաբերվի: «Փաստի» աղբյուրները տեղեկացնում են, որ ի մասնավորի ոստիկանությանը հրահանգված է տոներից հետո անհրաժեշտության դեպքում նույնիսկ կոշտ մեթոդներով բացել բոլոր ճանապարհները և թույլ չտալ բողոքների ու դժգոհությունների արտահայտման նման որևէ դրսևորում:
