Այսօր հոկտեմբերի 27-ի ահաբեկչության 19-րդ տարելիցն է
SOCIETY19 տարի առաջ այս օրը՝ ժամը 17:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի հերթական նիստի ժամանակ նիստերի դահլիճ ներխուժեցին զինված անձինք, որոնք կրակ բացեցին՝ թիրախ ընտրելով ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Կարեն Դեմիրճյանին ու վարչապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանին: 1999 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 27-ին ԱԺ-ում Օրենսդիր և Գործադիր մարմինների հարց ու պատասխանի ժամն էր:
Զինված անձինք էին Նաիրի Հունանյանը, Կարեն Հունանյանը, Էդուարդ Գրիգորյանը, Վռամ Գալստյանը, Դերենիկ Բեջանյանը: Նրանց կրակոցներից սպանվեցին ԱԺ նախագահ Կարեն Դեմիրճյանը, վարչապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանը, Ազգային ժողովի փոխխոսնակներ Ռուբեն Միրոյանն ու Յուրի Բախշյանը, օպերատիվ հարցերով նախարար Լեոնարդ Պետրոսյանը, պատգամավորներ Արմենակ Արմենակյանը, Հենրիկ Աբրահամյանը և Միքայել Քոթանյանը:
Հոկտեմբերի 27-ին տեղի ունեցած գործողությունների ղեկավարը Նաիրի Հունանյանն էր, որը նախկինում «Հայ Յեղափոխական Դաշնակցության» անդամ է եղել, իսկ 1992 թվականին հեռացվել է կուսակցության շարքերից: Հետագայում Նաիրի Հունանյանը ցուցմունք տվեց և հայտարարեց, թե ինքը պետական մակարդակով ահաբեկչական ծրագրեր է ունեցել 1991 թվականին, բայց հանգամանքների բերումով չի կարողացել իրագործել:
Նշենք, որ «հոկտեմբերի 27-ի» գործով դատավճիռը հրապարակվել է 2003 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ին: Կենտրոնի դատարանի վճռով՝ 6 անձ դատապարտվել է ցմահ, մեկ անձ՝ 14 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Վեց դատապարտյալները, այդ թվում` նրանց ղեկավար Նաիրի Հունանյանը, նրա եղբայր Կարեն Հունանյանը, նրա մորեղբայրը՝ Վռամ Գալստյանը, Դերենիկ Բեջանյանը, Էդիկ Գրիգորյանը և Աշոտ Կնյազյանը դատապարտվել են ցմահ ազատազրկման:
Համլետ Ստեփանյանը դատապարտվել է 14 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Ցմահ դատապարտվածներից ողջ են Նաիրի և Կարեն Հունանյանները, Դերենիկ Բեջանյանը, Աշոտ Կնյազյանը: Վռամ Գալստյանն ըստ պաշտոնական վարկածի՝ 2004 թ-ի ապրիլի 27-ին ինքնասպան է եղել «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի մենախցում:
Գործով 14 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված Համլետ Ստեփանյանը մահացել է 2010թ-ի մայիսին՝ սրտի կաթվածից:
Գործով մեղադրյալներից Նորայր Եղիազարյանը մահացել է նախքան դատավճռի հրապարակումը՝ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ-ի իր խցում էլեկտրահարվելու հետևանքով:
Էդուարդ Գրիգորյանը մահացել է 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 3-ին «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոնում:
Ամբաստանյալները մեղավոր էին ճանաչվել ՔՕ-ի 300 (Պետական իշխանությունը յուրացնելը), 305 (Պետական, քաղաքական կամ հասարակական գործչի սպանությունը), 34-305 (Իշխանությունը յուրացնելու փորձ), 217 (Ահաբեկչություն), 133 (Ազատությունից ապօրինի զրկելը), 235 (Ապօրինի զենք ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, կրելը) հոդվածներով:
Հոկտեմբերի 27-ին սպանված ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Յուրի Բախշյանի կինը՝ Անահիտ Բախշյանը համարում է, որ գործը դեռ չի բացահայտվել։
«19 տարի անցել է, բայց գործը բացահայտված չէ: Ես ինքս ունեմ ենթադրություններ, համոզմունքներ, թե ինչու ու ինչպես եղավ «Հոկտեմբերի 27»-ը, բայց դատարանում ոչինչ չի բացահայտվել, այս պահին էլ «Հոկտեմբերի 27 »-ի գործը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ ոչինչ չի արվում»,-Tert.am–ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Բախշյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ «Հոկտեմբերի 27»-ի գործի՝ նոր իշխանությունների օրակարգում չլինելը պայմանավորված է նաև նրանով, որ այս պահին իշխանությունների օրակարգում «Մարտի 1»-ի գործի բացահայտումն է։
«Կարծում եմ՝ «Մարտի 1»-ի գործի բացահայտումով շատ բան է պայմանավորված: Նաև նույն մարդն է առանցքային դերում, հետևաբար պետությունը և այդ գործը, և մյուս գործը բացահայտել միաժամանակ չի կարող»,– ասաց նա:
