Ոստիկանությունը հոկտեմբերի 26-ի երեկոյան Երևանի որոշ փողոցներում երթևեկության լարվածության հետ կապված պարզաբանում է տարածել
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանությունը պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել հոկտեմբերի 26-ի երեկոյան մայրաքաղաքի մի շարք փողոցներում երթևեկության լարվածության վերաբերյալ: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում էէ ոստիկանության տարածած պարզաբանումը.
«Զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներում ու սոցցանցերում հրապարակումներ են եղել, որ երեկ երեկոյան երթևեկության լարվածություն է արձանագրվել մայրաքաղաքի մի շարք փողոցներում ու խաչմերուկներում:
Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ, ըստ երևույթին, եղանակային հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված` երեկ Երևանում արձանագրվել է 130 ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, որից 90-ը` ժամը 16.00-ից 24.00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, այն դեպքում, երբ սովորաբար մայրաքաղաքում օրվա ընթացքում արձանագրվում է մինչև 80 ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, որից մինչև 40-ը` նշված ժամանակահատվածում:
Ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահարների աննախադեպ աճով պայմանավորվեած` ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ուժերն ու միջոցներն օգտագործվել են պատահարների դեպքերի վայրերի պահպանության և սահմանված կարգով դրանց արձանագրման համար: Դրա հետևանքով Երևանի որոշ գերծանրաբեռնված խաչմերուկներում ճանապարհապարեկային ծառայության կարգախմբերի կողմից երթևեկությունը չի կարգավորվել:
Հարկ է նշել, որ բոլոր խցանված խաչմերուկները ունեն լուսացուցային կարգավորում, և խցանումներն առաջանում են վարորդների կողմից ճանապարահային երթեևեկության պարզագույն կանոնների խախտման հետևանքով:
Մասնավորապես, չեն կատարվում «Ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնների» 88 կետի պահանջները, համաձայն որի`արգելվում է մուտք գործել խաչմերուկ կամ երթևեկելի մասերի հատում, եթե առաջացել է խցանում, որը վարորդին կհարկադրի կանգնել` խոչընդոտելով այլ տրանսպորտային միջոցի երթևեկությունը:
Հարգելի վարորդնե´ր, հորդորում ենք խստորեն պահպանել երթևեկության կանոնների բոլոր պահանջները, իսկ եղանակային բարդ պայմաններում լինել առավել կարգապահ և ուշադիր, ինչով, կաջակցեք ճանապարհային ոստիկանության աշխատանքին` նպաստելով երթևեկության անվտանգության և մասնակիցների կյանքի ու առողջության պահպանմանը»:
