Այսօր տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում են, որ երկրում իսկապես իրավիճակ է փոխվել: Եվ խոսքը ոչ միայն քաղաքական նոր իրողությունների պայմաններում ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համատեղ քաղաքական քայլերին է վերաբերում, այլ нտնտեսական հզոր նախաձեռնություններ իրականացնելու պատրաստակամությանը: Այդ է պատճառը, որ Գ. Ծառուկյանը և վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, վերջին տասը օրերին արդեն երկրորդ անգամ միասին մասնակցում են հայաստանյան տնտեսական նախագծերի:

Ու եթե առաջին հանդիպման առիթը տարածաշրջանում և աշխարհում ամենահզոր Մայնինգ ֆերմայիբացման հանդիսավոր արարողությունն էր, ապա նախօրեի հանդիպումը մի փոքր այլ տրամաբանություն ուներ: Խոսքը երեկ մեկնարկած՝ «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագիրը կրող համաժողովին է վերաբերում, որը կրկին կազմակերպվել էր ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ: Նրա հրավերով Հայաստան են ժամանել աշխարհի 20 երկրների խորհրդարանների պատգամավորներ, նախարարներ, բիզնես ոլորտի և այլ խոշոր ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներ: Երկօրյա համաժողովի ընթացքում հյուրերը կծանոթանան Հայաստանում ներդրումներ կատարելու հեռանկարներին, ինչպես նաև ներդրումային պայմաններին, ինչի արդյունքում, մոտ ապագայում, կարող ենք ականատես լինել նաև տնտեսական հրաշքին: Եվ դրա բոլոր նախադրյալներն ու երաշխիքներն արդեն կան: Հայտնի գործարար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի բարի համբավն ու նախաձեռնողականությունը, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման տրամաբանությունը փոխելու պատրաստակամությունը իսկապես կարող են հանգեցնել հզոր տնտեսական արդյունքի:

Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարն իր խոսքում անդրադառնալով երկրում ամիսներ առաջ տեղի ունեցած թավշյա հեղափոխությանը, նշեց, որ Հայաստանի անվան հետ ասոցացվող «կոռուպցիա» և «աղքատություն» բառերը պետք է փոխվեն «զարգացող» և «ժամանակակից տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաներ արտահանող» բառակապակցություններով և ներկաներին կոչ արեց իրենց տաղանդը ներդնել մեր երկրի նոր տնտեսությունը կառուցելու գործում: ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը ողջունելով ներկաներին նշեց, որ քաղաքական հեղափոխությունն արդեն իրողություն է և հիմա եկել է տնտեսական հեղափոխություն իրականացնելու ժամանակը: Նա նաև պատրաստակամություն հայտնեց ոլորտ առ ներկայացնել երկրում առկա տնտեսական հետաքրքրությունները ու հնարավորությունները, և հույս հայտնեց, որ համատեղ համագործակցության ծրագրերն արդեն հնարավոր կլինի կյանքի կոչել արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից հետո:
