ԱԺ Պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովի փակ նիստում քննարկվել է համաներման մասին նախագիծը
POLITICSՀՀ ԱԺ պետական-իրավական և մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովն արտահերթ նիստում փակ ընթացակարգով քննարկել է «Էրեբունի-Երևանի հիմնադրման 2800-ամյակի և Հայաստանի առաջին Հանրապետության անկախության հռչակման 100-ամյակի կապակցությամբ քրեական գործերով համաներում հայտարարելու մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը:
Արդարադատության նախարար Արտակ Զեյնալյանը հայտարարել էր, որ համաներման նախագիծն ԱԺ կայքում տեղադրելը խախտում է. հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գևորգ Կոստանյանը, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով այս հայտարարությանը, ասաց.
«Չեմ կարող պատասխանել, թե ինչու է տեղադրված ԱԺ կայքում, համենայն դեպս դա անթույլատրելի է համակարգային տեսանկյունից, հրապարակումը հանգեցնում է բազմաթիվ խնդիրների, որոնք չպետք է առաջանան այս հարցի քննարկման ընթացքում»,- շեշտեց նա:
Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանն ասել էր, որ համաներման նախագծում առկա է լուրջ սխալ, որը վերաբերում է «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի կողմից ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավմանը ներգրավված այն անձանց, որոնց նկատմամբ չկա դատավճիռ, սակայն կա վնասի փոխհատուցման հարց:
Լրագրողները Գևորգ Կոստանյանին հարցադրեցին՝ արդյոք Դավիթ Հարությունյանի մատնանշած սխալի հետ համաձայն է։ Վերջինս ընդգծեց, որ բովանդակային առումով որևէ հարցի չի կարող պատասխանել:
«Սակայն քննարկումների արդյունքում փոփոխություններ հնարավոր է տեղի ունենան»,- շեշտեց նա:
Գևորգ Կոստանյանը նաև չմեկնաբանեց՝ արդյոք նախագիծն աննախադեպ ընդգրկուն է, ինչպես հայտարարում է Կառավարությունը.
«Շրջանակը լայն կամ նեղ լինելու տեսակետից մենք կարող ենք խոսել բովանդակային քննարկումները ավարտելու արդյունքում:
Հիմա ես չեմ ուզում դա մեկնաբանել: Առաջին ընթերցման արդյունքում գնահատելու հնարավորություն կունենանք»,- նշեց նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ հոկտեմբերի 31-ին ԱԺ արտահերթ նիստում քննարկվելու է համաներման նախագիծը:
