«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այսօր մենք հրաժեշտ կտանք 6–րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովին: Եթե, ինչպես պլանավորվում է, վարչապետի ընտրությունը հերթական անգամ չկայանա, ապա Ազգային ժողովն օրենքի ուժով կարձակվի: Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ 6–րդ գումարման ԱԺ–ն, ըստ Սահմանադրության, գործելու է մինչև 7–րդ գումարման ԱԺ ձևավորումը, բայց փաստացի 6–րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովն այլևս պատմություն է: 

Ինչպիսի՞ն էր շուրջ մեկ տարվա կյանք ունեցող 6–րդ գումարման ԱԺ–ն: Ինչպե՞ս ենք մենք այն հիշելու, և, ըստ էության, ի՞նչ տվեց այն Հայաստանին: 6–րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովը մեկ բառով կարելի է ձևակերպել ֆեյսբուքյան տերմինաբանությամբ՝ ֆեյք: Այս Ազգային ժողովը դարձավ խորհրդարանական համակարգի գերին, և ինչպես խորհրդարանական համակարգի անցմամբ իշխանության վերարտադրությունը երկարաձգելու փորձը ձախողվեց այս տարվա ապրիլ–մայիս ամիսներին, այդպես էլ ձախողվեց այդ վերարտադրության գործիք հանդիսացող Ազգային ժողովը:

Մեծ հաշվով, իհարկե, Հայաստանի նախորդ գումարման խորհրդարանները ևս մեծ ազդեցությամբ աչքի չեն ընկել, բայց ամեն դեպքում եղել են ավելի քաղաքական, շահերի բախման ավելի ակնհայտ դրսևորումներով հագեցած: Ցավալի է, սակայն, այլ բան, որ շատերի պատկերացմամբ՝ 7–րդ գումարման ԱԺ–ն իր նախորդին որակապես չի շրջանցելու: Ընդհանրապես ընդունված է համարել, որ հետհեղափոխական առաջին ընտրությունները միշտ կրում են հեղափոխության վստահության հանրաքվեի կարգավիճակ: Մանավանդ, եթե հաշվի առնենք հեղափոխական էյֆորիայի հանգամանքն ու այդ էյֆորիայի վճռորոշ դերակատարությունը ընտրության արդեն իսկ կանխորոշված արդյունքների վրա: Որակապես այլ խորհրդարան չենք ունենալու նաև այն պատճառով, որ պոտենցիալ մեծամասնությունը՝ իշխանության կուսակցությունը, մեծամասնություն լինելու է բացառապես մեկ մարդու՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական կապիտալի հաշվին: Ամեն դեպքում ժամանակն է հրաժեշտ տալ 6–րդ գումարման խորհրդարանին և հույսով լցվել, որ եթե ոչ 7–րդ, ապա գոնե 8–րդ, 9–րդ ու հաջորդ գումարման խորհրդարանները իսկապես կլինեն ազդեցիկ ու արդյունավետ քաղաքական հարթակներ:
