Շանթ Հարությանյանը բանտից ազատ կարձարկվի, համաներման օրինագծում մի տող է ավելացվել. Շահեն Հարությունյան
SOCIETYՎերջապես Շանթ Հարությունյանը բանտից ազատ կարձակվի... Այս լուրը հայտնում եմ՝ միևնույն ժամանակ անելով մի քանի նկատառում։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է «Ցեղակրոն» կուսակցության նախագահ Շանթ Հարությունյանի որդին՝ Շահեն Հարությունյանը։
Գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.
«Շանթ Հարությունյանը «Մարտի 1-ի» գործով բանտից ազատ է արձակվել 2009 թ-ին առանց համաներման։ Սա արձանագրված փաստ է։ Արդեն կես տարի է, որ Շանթ Հարությունյանը հրաժարվել է դուրս գալ բանտից՝ պահանջելով քաղբանտարկյալին արժանի արդարացում։ Ու այդ ժամանակից սկսած ժողովրդի և հեռուստատեսության միջոցով կեղծ լուրեր են տարածվում, իբր թե Շանթ Հարությունյանը «Մարտի 1֊ի» գործով ընդունել է համաներում։ Սա հեյրուրանք է Շանթ Հարությունյանի արդարացի պահանջի և պայքարի նկատմամբ։
Շանթ Հարությունյանը հրաժարվեց լոկ ազատությունից՝ հանուն բարձրագույն իդեալի՝ արդարության։
Բազմաթիվ անգամներ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ Շանթ Հարությունյանի պահանջը ճիշտ է և արդարացի։ Սակայն նա ազատ կարձակվի այլ տարբերակներով։ Վերջերս էլ կատակում էր ԱԺ֊ում, թե Շանթին սպեցնազով կհանեն բանտից ու դռները կփակեն, որ հետ չվերադառնա։
Եվ արդյունքում տեղի ունեցավ հետևյալը։ Համաներման օրինագծում ավելացվեց մի տող, որում ասվում է, որ համաներումը, եթե տարածվում է դատապարտյալի վրա, ապա կալանավորը, ուզի թե չուզի, ազատ է արձակվում բանտից։ Եվ այստեղ արդեն կալանավորի համաձայնությունը և ստորագրությունն անհրաժեշտ չէ։
Ստացվում է, որ եթե նոյեմբերի 1֊ին ընդունվի համաներման օրինագիծը, Շանթ Հարությունյանը մի քանի օրերի ընթացքում ազատ կարձակվի բանտից»։
Նշենք, որ «Շանթ Հարությունյան և ընկերներ» գործով շուրջ մեկ տասնյակ դատապարտվածներն արդեն ազատության մեջ են, բացառությամբ՝ «Ցեղակրոն» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Շանթ Հարությունյանի:
Նրա պատժի ժամկետը լրանում է հաջորդ տարվա նոյեմբերի 5-ին:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Շանթ Հարությունյանը 2013թ. նոյեմբերի 5-ին «Անոնիմուսների երթ» էր նախաձեռնել։ Սակայն Մաշտոցի պողոտայում տեղի էին ունեցել բախումներ, ոստիկանները բերման էին ենթարկել 38 ակտիվիստների, ում առաջադրվել էր խուլիգանության մեղադրանք:
