Հաստատվեց «Ինժեներական քաղաքի» ստեղծման հայեցակարգը
SOCIETYԿառավարությունը հաստատեց «Ինժեներական քաղաքի» ստեղծման հայեցակարգը և հայեցակարգից բխող միջոցառումների իրականացման ժամանակացույցը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հակոբ Արշակյանը նշեց, որ հայեցակարգի հիմնական նպատակն է Հայաստանում ինժեներական քաղաքի հիմնման միջոցով նպաստել երկրում ինժեներական և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների (ԻԲՏ) ոլորտի հետագա զարգացմանը` խթանելով Հայաստանում տնտեսության մրցունակության և արտադրողականության մակարդակի բարձրացումը:
«Ինժեներական քաղաքը» նախագծված է այնպես, որ մեկ վայրում տեղակայվեն և կենտրոնացվեն ԻԲՏ ոլորտի ընկերությունները/հաստատությունները: Ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակներից է նաև Հայաստանը դարձնել ինժեներական և բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արտադրանքի և ծառայությունների՝ գլոբալ շուկաներ արտահանող երկիր, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային հանգույց ինովացիոն ինժեներական և բարձր տեխնոլոգիական լուծումների համար»,- ասաց Արշակյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է պետություն-մասնավոր համագործակցությամբ:
Նախատեսվում է ստեղծել ինովացիոն էկոհամակարգ, որտեղ ԻԲՏ ոլորտի ընկերություններն արդիական ենթակառուցվածքների կիրառմամբ կմշակեն և կիրագործեն նորարարական գաղափարներ` տեղական ու միջազգային շուկաներում բարդ տեխնոլոգիական լուծումների առաջադրման նպատակով: Արդյունքում՝ հայեցակարգի ընդունումն էապես կնպաստի ԻԲՏ ոլորտի արդիական ենթակառուցվածքների ձևավորմանը, ոլորտի նոր ընկերությունների և աշխատատեղերի ստեղծմանը, բարձրորակ մասնագետների պատրաստմանն ու վերապատրաստմանը, ինժեներական և բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արտադրանքի ու ծառայությունների արտահանմանը` խթանելով Հայաստանում ԻԲՏ ոլորտի և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, տնտեսության զարգացումը:
