ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ դեկտեմբերին կկայանա ՀՀ և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպումը
SOCIETYԵրևանն ու Բաքուն ցանկություն ունեն շարունակել ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ բարձր մակարդակով երկխոսությունը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, այս մասին նոյեմբերի 2-ին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ ռուսաստանցի համանախագահ Իգոր Պոպովը:
«Մենք հույս ունենք, որ հաջորդ ամիս կկայանա երկու երկրների ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվելու են կարգավորման առանցքային հարցերն ու վստահության ամրապնդման այն միջոցները, որոնք կարող են ընդունվել՝ հաշվի առնելով իրավիճակը, հաշվի առնելով այն, թե ինչպես են կառուցվելու երկու երկրների ղեկավարների միջև փոխհարաբերությունները: Սկզբունքային առումով մենք հասկացել ենք, որ կա բարձր մակարդակով երկխոսությունը շարունակելու ցանկություն»,- ասել է Պոպովը:
Ավելի վաղ ԵԱՀԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Թոմաս Գրեմինգերի հետ հրավիրած մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն անդրադարձել էր ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի բանակցային գործընթացում Արցախի՝ որպես բանակցող կողմ ներգրավման հնարավորությանը:
«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը որպես բանակցային կողմ ներգրավելու մասին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները մենք արդեն մեկնաբանել ենք: Դա այն հարցն է, որը պետք է որոշվի հակամարտող երկրների կողմից: Ժամանակին ԼՂ ներկայացուցիչները մասնակցել են բանակցություններին, սակայն ձևաչափը փոխվել է, և բանակցություններն արդեն շատ տարիներ տանում են միայն Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը: Իհարկե, մենք ելնում ենք այն դիրքերից, որ բանակցային գործընթացում Հայաստանը հաշվի է առնում ԼՂ մոտեցումները: Բանակցային ձևաչափը փոխելու համար պետք է երկու կողմերի համաձայնությունը, որն այս պահին չկա»,- ասել էր Լավրովը:
