Նախընտրական տոնավաճառը, անցյալի իներցիան ու ճամբարափոխության տենդը. «Փաստ»
ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նախընտրական քարոզարշավին սովորաբար նախորդում է նախընտրական վերադասավորումների փուլը՝ ճամբարափոխություններ՝ խիստ ռոմանտիկ հիմնավորումներով, նոր կուսակցությունների ստեղծում՝ բնականաբար ազգն ու պետությունը փրկելու առաքելությամբ, ցուցակների կազմման շուրջ իսկական տոնավաճառ: Սա ավանդույթ է, որը Հայաստանում չի խախտվում նույնիսկ հեղափոխական ժամանակներում: Ի վերջո, հեղափոխությունը հո չի կարող մի քանի ամսում արմատախիլ անել այն, ինչի հիմքերը տարիներ շարունակ ամրապնդվել էին քաղաքական դաշտում: Հատկապես, երբ որևէ գործուն քայլ այս ուղղությամբ չի արվում, օրինակ, կուսակցությունների մասին նոր օրենք չի գրվում ու չի դրվում քվեարկության, ինչպես որ խոստացվել էր:
Գործուն քայլերի բացակայության պայմաններում էլ իրավիճակը սկսում է ինքնակազմակերպվել նախկինի իներցիայով: Բնականաբար փոխվել են դեմքերը, ճամբարից ճամբար անցնելուց հնչող հիմնավորումներում հաճախակիացել են «հեղափոխություն», «հանուն հեղափոխության», «հեղափոխական թիմ» ձևակերպումները, բայց էությունը մնացել է նույնը: Հատկապես վերջին օրերի իրադարձությունները, երբ խոստումնալից թվացող երիտասարդ քաղգործիչները ընտրությունների նախաշեմին հանկարծակի որոշեցին փոխել իրենց կուսակցական կրծքանշանները՝ որոշում կայացնելով հօգուտ «նաղդ» և հաղթող տարբերակի, ցույց է տալիս, որ հեղափոխությունն իսկապես խորքային անելիքներ ունի, եթե, իհարկե, ցանկանում է ամբողջականանալ որպես հեղափոխություն, ոչ թե մնալ որպես սոսկ իշխանափոխություն:
Հեղափոխության հիմնական անելիքը դեժավյուի էֆեկտը բացառելն է, որպեսզի չստացվի, որ փոխել ենք դեմքերին, փոխել ենք այդ դեմքերի «կռուտիտների» բովանդակությունը, բայց պրոցեսի էությունը նույնն ենք թողել: Իսկ այդ անելիքը կյանքի է կոչվում ոչ թե խրոխտ ու կոշտ ելույթներով, ոչ թե հեղափոխության բերած դրական էներգիայով, այլ կոնկրետ, շատ կոնկրետ քայլերով: Թե՛ կուսակցությունների մասին նոր օրենքի բացակայությունը, թե՛ իշխող կուսակցության ցուցակագրման ափալ–թափալ մթնոլորտը և սահուն անցումը իշխողից իշխանության կուսակցության կարգավիճակի հուշում են, որ առնվազն այս փուլում մենք շարժվելու ենք անցյալի իներցիայով ու ունենալու ենք նախընտրական նույն տոնավաճառը, որն ունեցել ենք նախկինում:
