Արտաշատի սահմանային ջոկատի պետ․ Իրանից Թուրքիա միգրանտներին տեղափոխելու մի քանի խողովակ կա
SOCIETYԱրտաշատի սահմանապահ ջոկատի հատվածում թմրամիջոցների տեղափոխում չի հայտնաբերվել։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ԱԴԾ ՍՎ սահմանապահ ջոկատի պետ, գնդապետ Յուրի Ուրվանովը։
«Իրավիճակը բավական դինամիկ է, բարդ, սակայն, այնուամենայնիվ, կանխատեսելի»,- մեկնաբանեց սահմանապահ ջոկատի պետը։ Նրա խոսքերով՝ խախտումների թվի աճն առաջին հերթին կապված է Կենտրոնական Ասիայում եւ Մերձավոր Արեւելքում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների հետ։ «Թուրքիայից միգրանտների «հոսքեր» են գնում, որոնց մի մասն այստեղ է ընկնում։ Գոյություն ունի խողովակ, որը ստեղծվել է Իրանից Թուրքիա անօրինական միգրանտներին տեղափոխելու համար։ Խողովակն անցնում է այն նեղ տեղանքի երկայնքով, որն անմիջականորեն կպած է սահմանային Արաքս գետին, եւ, որպես օրենք, պետական սահմանը խախտողներից ոմանք կորցնում են կողմնորոշումը եւ հայտնվում Հայաստանի տարածքում։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, չի կարելի բացառել, որ առանձին մարդիկ, այնուամենայնիվ, հանրապետության տարածք ընկնելու մտադրություն են ունենում»,- նշեց գնդապետ Ուրվանովը։
Կալանավորումից հետո սահմանախախտը հանձնվում է համապատասխան մարմիններին, որոնք պարզում են սահմանն անօրինական անցնելու դրդապատճառները։ Արտաշատի սահմանապահ ջոկատի հատվածում 2018թ․ ընթացքում մոտ 20 սահմանախախտ է կալանավորվել։ «Դեպքեր, երբ սահմանը խախտողները չեն բռնվել, մեր կողմից չի գրանցվել, ինչը թույլ է տալիս եզրակացնել, որ սահմանի պահպանությունն այդ հատվածում կատարվում է ծավալվող իրավիճակին համապատասխան եւ թույլ է տալիս խոսել անվտանգության բավարար մակարդակի մասին, որ ապահովում են ռուսական սահմանապահները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանին»,- ամփոփեց Յուրի Ուրվանովը։
