SOCIETYՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Մանե Թանդիլյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել սոցիալական աշխատողի մասնագիտական օրվա առիթով։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ուղերձում ասված է․
«2009 թվականից Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում նոյեմբերի 4-ը նշվում էորպես սոցիալական աշխատողի օր: Սոցիալական աշխատանքն անցել է երկարճանապարհ, որի ընթացքում պարզորոշ են դարձել նրա նպատակներն ու խնդիրները: Այն է՝ համակողմանի աջակցություն ցուցաբերել, նեցուկ լինելմարդկանց ու ընտանիքներին, ովքեր գտնվում են կյանքի դժվարին իրավիճակում,վստահություն ներշնչել սեփական ուժերի և կարողությունների նկատմամբ՝ հավաստիացնելով, որ հենց իրենք կարող են փոխել իրենց կյանքն ուկենսակերպը:
Սոցիալական աշխատանքը մարտահրավերների և փոփոխությունների ոլորտ է,սոցիալական աշխատողը՝ մարդկայինբարձր որակներով ու մասնագիտականհմտություններով օժտված անձ, որի աշխատանքի կենտրոնում ՄԱՐԴՆ է, իսկնպատակը՝ ՄԱՐԴՈՒ կյանքի որակի բարելավումը: Սոցիալական աշխատանքըլոկ մասնագիտություն չէ, այն կենսաձև է, համբերատարություն պահանջողամենօրյա աշխատանք:
Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության առաջնահերթություններից է սոցիալական աշխատողի ինստիտուտի կայացման ևզարգացման գործընթացն առավել որակյալ, կանոնակարգված, հասցեական ունպատակային դարձնելը: Այս համատեքստում մեծ դեր ունի ինտեգրված սոցիալական ծառայությունների համակարգի ներդրումն ու կայունությունը, ինչը սոցիալական աշխատանքի և սոցիալական աշխատողի համար պետք է ստեղծի այնպիսի միջավայր, պայմաններ և գործիքակազմ, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան առավելագույնս իրագործել սոցիալական աշխատողի առաքելությունը՝ աջակցել այն քաղաքացիներին, ովքեր իրապես ունեն դրա կարիքը:
Սիրելի սոցիալական աշխատողներ, դուք մեր պետության այններկայացուցիչներն եք, ում նկատմամբ վստահությունը ձևավորում է նաևվստահություն մեր պետության, սոցիալական պաշտպանության և վաղվա օրվանկատմամբ։
