SOCIETYՀրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման դեպքերը մինիմալ են, հիմնականում նպատակային չեն, և ըստ էության, ընդհանուր առմամբ, որ պայմանավորվածությունները ոչ ամբողջությամբ պահպանվում են: Այս մասին ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ նոյեմբերի 4-ին Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի հետ միասին արևելյան սահմանագծի մի շարք հատվածներ այցելելու ընթացքում: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Փաշինյանը ծանոթացել է զինվորների ծառայության ընթացքին և սահմանագծում առկա օպերատիվ իրավիճակին:
«Պետք է արձանագրենք, որ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման դեպքերը մինիմալ են, հիմնականում նպատակային չեն, և ըստ էության, ընդհանուր առմամբ կարող եմ ասել, որ պայմանավորվածությունները ոչ ամբողջությամբ պահպանվում են: Ամեն դեպքում պետք է պատրաստ լինենք իրադարձությունների ցանկացած զարգացման: Խնդիրներ կան, որոնք թվում է, թե լուծված են, բայց մենք զինվորից պետք է իմանանք՝ դրանք լուծվա՞ծ են, թե՞ ոչ: Եթե խնդիրները բաց չքննարկենք, լուծումների հարցում կդժվարանանք»,- նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը և Արցախի նախագահը զրուցել են զինծառայողների հետ՝ լսել հրամանատարների և շարքային կազմի կարծիքը տարբեր հարցերի շուրջ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը վստահեցրել է, որ ամեն ինչ արվելու է նախ և առաջ զինվորների հարմարավետության համար: «Ակտիվորեն քննարկում ենք սննդի ապահովման հետ կապված խնդիրները և հույս ունենք, որ այն մեխանիզմները, որոնք առաջարկվում են, կիրականացնենք պիլոտային ծրագրի միջոցով՝ հասկանալու համար, թե որքանով են դրանք արդյունավետ: Պարզ է, որ գործող համակարգը ոչ ոքի չի գոհացնում՝ ո՛չ հրամանատարական կազմին, ո՛չ զինվորներին, ո՛չ ծնողներին: Նաև կենցաղային հարցերի լուծման գործում հրամանատարության ներգրավվածությունը նրանց անպատեհորեն շեղում է զուտ մարտական պատրաստվածության խնդիրների լուծումից, և մենք խնդիր ունենք, որպեսզի զինվորականությունը զբաղվի բացառապես զինվորական գործով, իսկ կենցաղային ապահովման հարցերում այդքան շատ ժամանակ և էներգիա չծախսի»,- նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
