ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հետհեղափոխական Հայաստանում մոդայիկ է դարձել կալանքի միջնորդություն ներկայացնելը ցանկացած քրեական գործով: Կա՞ կոռուպցիայի կասկած, կա՞ որևէ կասկած, ուրեմն Քննչական կոմիտեն ու Դատախազությունը կալանքի միջնորդությամբ ներկայանում են դատարան: Իհարկե, ինչպես ցույց են տվել վերջին ամիսները, միշտ չէ, որ կալանքի միջնորդությունները բավարարվում են, կամ միշտ չէ, որ բավարարվելուց հետո հաջորդ ատյաններում կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց փոխվում է: Բայց ինքնանպատակ կալանքի միջնորդություն ներկայացնելու մոդայիկ ընթացքը այս ամենից չի խաթարվում: Ըստ էության, այս միտումը անբաժանելի մասն է մի սյուժեի, երբ աղմկահարույց բացահայտումները կամ բացահայտումների նախնական փուլում ձեռք բերված տվյալները դառնում են քաղաքական փիառի գործիք՝ ամենավերին մակարդակով: Ու չնայած հետո շատ հաճախ սկզբնական փուլի օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները ու վարկածները հերքվում են՝ ծիծաղի ու անլրջության առարկա դարձնելով իրավապահ համակարգը, բայց ամենօրյա, պահի քաղաքական տեսարաններ ապահովելու առումով դրանք ամեն դեպքում արդյունավետ են:
Հասկանալով հանդերձ հեղափոխական իրավիճակի առանձնահատկությունները, հինը մերժելու ու նորի գերիշխանությունը հաստատելու միգուցև տրամաբանական ձգտումը, չենք կարող չնշել, թե ինչպիսի հետևանքներ կարող է այս ամենն ունենալ մի քանի առումով: Նախ, ըստ էության, իրավապահ համակարգն ու դրա գործունեությունը, դրա նոր առաքելությունը հեղափոխական իրավիճակում ստորադասվում են քաղաքական պահի նպատակահարմարությանը: Երկրորդ՝ տեսարանները դառնում են գերակա, ամեն հաջորդ տեսարանն, ընդ որում, իր ազդեցության չափաբաժնով գերազանցում է նախկինին, ու անհասկանալի է, թե ինչպես է ավարտվելու այս անվերջանալի թվացող շղթան: Արդյո՞ք այդքան տեսարան գտնվելու է, որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի չափաբաժինն անընդհատ ավելացնել ու տեսարանների սպասող ու սովոր հասարակությանը ինչ–որ պահի չկանգնեցնել ծանր խումհարի փաստի առաջ:
