Լավրովը նշել է հակառուսական պատժամիջոցների պատճառով ԵՄ-ի կրած կորուստներն ու ԵՄ-ի դեմ ՌԴ-ի սահմանած պատժամիջոցների չեղարկման պայմանները
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն իսպանական «El Pais» թերթին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, որ հակառուսական պատժամիջոցների պատճառով Եվրամիությունը, որոշ տվյալների համաձայն, ավելի քան 100 միլիարդ եվրո է կորցրել: Միևնույն ժամանակ նախարարն ընդգծել է, թե որ դեպքում է Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ չեղարկել ԵՄ-ի նկատմամբ սահմանած իր պատժամիջոցները:
ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ շատ կարևոր է, որ եվրոպացի քաղաքական գործիչներն իրենք հասկանան սեփական կորուստները: «Պատժամիջոցների պատճառով Եվրամիության կրած կորուստների վերաբերյալ տվյալները տարբեր են, և դրանցից որոշների համաձայն՝ խոսքը 100 միլիարդ եվորն զգալիորեն գերազանցող գումարի մասին է», - հայտարարել է Լավրովը՝ հավելելով, որ «անհեռատեսական» հակառուսական պատժամիջոցնեը սահմանվել են «Վաշինգտոնի անմիջական հրահանգով», սակայն ամերիկացիներն այդ քալից վնաս չեն կրում:
Միևնույն ժամանակ ՌԴ արտգործնախարարը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը պատրաստ է չեղարկել ԵՄ-ի նկատմամբ սահմանած պատժամիջոցները, եթե եվրոպական կողմը նույնպես նման քայլի դիմի:
Լավրովը հիշեցրել է,որ ռուսական կողմը «բազմիցս» հայտարարել է պատժամիջոցները չեղարկելու պատրաստակամության մասին, սակայն «այս ուղղությամբ առաջին քայլը պետք է անի հենց ԵՄ-ն»: Նախարարը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է, որ պատժամիջոցները ձեռնտու չեն ինչպես ռուսական կողմին, այնպես էլ ԵՄ-ին, ուստի ինքը հուսով է, որ «ի վերջո այս հարցում կհաղթի ողջամտությունը»:
