ՔՊ-ը քաղաքական միավորից չպետք է վերածվի ավանդական իշխանական կուսակցության, նման վտանգ կա. Վիգեն Հակոբյան
POLITICSԵթե «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցություն անդամագրվում են այն մարդիկ, ովքեր ընդհանուր ճանապարհ են անցել, ապա տրամաբանական կարող եմ համարել նրանց անդամագրումը ՔՊ:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց քաղտեխնոլոգ Վիգեն Հակոբյանը` անդրադառնալով Պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետ Դավիթ Սանասարյանի` «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությանն անդամակցելու որոշմանը: «Ես չեմ ասում, որ դա նորմալ է, լավ է կամ վատ է, բայց նույն Դավիթ Սանասարյանի դեպքը անտրամաբանական չէ, քանի որ հեղափոխական թիմի անդամ է եղել: Այդպիսի եզակի դեպքեր կարող են լինել, բայց ոչ մասսայական»,- ասաց նա:
Վերջինս նշեց, որ եթե այդ միտումը զանգվածային լինի, ապա դա ՔՊ-ի գլխավոր խնդիրներից մեկն է լինելու: «ՔՊ-ն պետք է ամեն ինչ անի, որ քաղաքական միավորից, կուսակցությունից, որն ունի գաղափարախոսություն, չդառնա սովորական, ավանդական հայկական իշխանական կուսակցության, որը վերածվում է սովորական խողովակի, որի միջոցով քաղաքականության հետ կապ չունեցող տարբեր մարդիկ փորձում են մտնել կուսակցություն, որ իրենց կարիերայի նկրտումները բավարարեն»,- ասաց նա և նշեց, որ այդ վտանգը կա:
Չնայած դրան` քաղտեխնոոլգը միակուսակցականության վտանգ չի տեսնում՝ նշելով, որ միակուսակցական վտանգ Հայաստանում չի էլ եղել: «Եղել են իշխանական կուսակցություններ, ինչպես եղավ ՀՀՇ-ի, ՀՀԿ-ի դեպքում, որոնք քաղաքական գաղափարական կուսակցությունից վերածվեցին ապաքաղաքական մի մարմնի, որն ընդամենը տնտեսաֆինանսական, քրեաօլիգարխիկ խմբերի համար միջոց էր իշխանության մեջ լինելու և շատ դեպքերում կերակրատաշտին մոտ լինելու»,- ասաց նա:
Վիգեն Հակոբյանը նշեց, որ բոլոր ուժերի, այդ թվում՝ ՔՊ-ի առաջ հիմա նաև կադրային խնդիր է դրված, որը գալիս է՝ ռեյտինգայինից ելնելով, քանի որ առավելապես մարզերում պետք է կարողանան այնպիսի մարդկանց թեկնածություն դնել, որոնք տեղերում կլինեն որոշակի հեղինակություն:
