Բեռլինի դատարանն արգելել է գերմանական լրատվամիջոցներին ԳԴՀ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանի մասին մեղադրական լուրեր տարածել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԲեռլինի շրջանային դատարանը նոյեմբերի 6-ին դատական արգելք է սահմանել գերմանական Spiegel-Verlag թերթի և Mitteldeutschen Rundfunk հեռուստառադիոընկերության նկատմամբ՝ արգելելով տարածել մեղադրական հոդվածներ ու նյութեր Գերմանիայում ՀՀ արտակարգ ու լիազոր դեսպան Աշոտ Սմբատյանի մասին: Այս մասին ասվում է Գերմանա-հայկական ընկերության ֆեյսբուքյան պաշտոնական էջում հրապարակված հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Արգելքը խախտելու յուրաքանչյուր դեպքի համար սահմանվել է տուգանք մինչև 250 հազար եվրոյի չափով, իսկ որպես պատժի այլընտրանքային միջոց՝ մինչև 6 ամսվա ազատազրկում:
Նշվում է, որ արգելքը ծավալվում է նաև MDR-ի «Exakt - Die Story. Paten in Deutschland» հաղորդման վրա, որը թողարկվելու է նոյեմբերի 7-ին: Ենթադրվում է, որ MDR-ը եթերից կկտրի դեսպան Սմբատյանի մասին հատվածները, այլապես ստիպված կլինի 250 հազար եվրոյի չափով տուգանք վճարել:
Spiegel-Verlag թերթը և Mitteldeutschen Rundfunk հեռուստառադիոընկերությունը բազմիցս անդրադարձել են Գերմանիայում հայկական հանցավոր խմբավորումների գործունեությանը՝ նշելով, որ հանցավոր աշխարհի հետ կապեր ունեն այնպիսի անվանի անձինք, ինչպիսին են Գերմանիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Աշոտ Սմբատյանը, բռնցքամարտիկներ Արթուր Աբրահամը, Կարո Մուրատը, վերջինիս եղբայրը և այլք:
Ավելի վաղ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Նաղդալյանը, անդրադառնալով Գերմանիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Աշոտ Սմբատյանի մասին շրջանառվող լուրերին, հայտնել է, որ Բեռլինում ՀՀ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունը դեսպանի ղեկավարությամբ շարունակում է իր բնականոն գործունեությունը՝ լիազորությունների ողջ ծավալով:
«Դեսպանի գործունեությունը եղել և մնում է պրոֆեսիոնալ ու արդյունավետ»,- ասաց նա՝ հավելելով,- «Մենք շարունակում ենք կապի մեջ լինել գերմանական իշխանությունների հետ այս հարցի առնչությամբ»:
