Կրակոցներ Արաբկիրում. սպանության փորձ է կատարվել 19-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 19-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանության փորձի դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
2018թ. նոյեմբերի 5-ին՝ ժամը 23:40-ին, քաղաքացուց հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ Երևան քաղաքի Տիգրանյան փողոցում կրակոցների, վիճաբանության և կանանց ձայներ են լսվել:
2018թ. նոյեմբերի 6-ին՝ ժամը 00:20-ին, «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «որովայնի խոռոչի թափանցող հրազենային վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մի երիտասարդ՝ ծնված 1999 թվականին, ով, ըստ վերջինիս պապի հաղորդման, վնասվածքն ստացել է Երևան քաղաքի Տիգրանյան փողոցում:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Մշակվել է քննչական պլան, առաջ են քաշվել աշխատանքային վարկածներ, որոնք ստուգելու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ: 19-ամյա երիտասարդը ճանաչվել է տուժող:
Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 5-ին՝ ժամը 23:40-ի սահմաններում, անհայտ անձը Երևան քաղաքի Տիգրանյան փողոցի շենքերից մեկի մոտ մի քանի անգամ հրազենից կրակոցներ է արձակել 1999 թվականին ծնված երիտասարդի ուղղությամբ:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր, 4 հատ գնդակ, կրակված տաբեր տրամաչափի 10 հատ պարկուճ և 3 հատ գնդակի բեկոր:
Բժշկական կենտրոնից առգրավվել են դեպքի պահին տուժած երիտասարդի հագին եղած հագուստները:
Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական և դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
Ձեռնարկվում են անհետաձգելի քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
Հանձնարարություններ են տրվել Ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանմանը՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
