Բացահայտվել է երկու անձի՝ գիշերային ակումբի մոտ տեղի ունեցած դանակահարությունը. քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է դատարան
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում ավարտվել է Երևանում՝ գիշերային ակումբի մոտ, երկու անձի դանակահարության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։ Ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, վիճաբանության շարժառիթը։
2018 թվականի հունիսի 23-ին՝ ժամը 07:00-ին, «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ից ոստիկանությունում ահազանգ էր ստացվել առ այն, որ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել երկու երիտասարդ՝ կտրած-ծակած վնասվածքներով։ Տուժածներից մեկի մոտ ախտորոշվել էր՝ «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վերքեր, ձախ ազդրի և աջ ազդրի կտրած վնասվածքներ, աջ հետորովայնամզային կտրած ռևիզիա, աջ երիկամի վնասվածք, կարում», մյուսի մոտ՝ «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած չթափանցող վիրավորում»:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ երիտասարդները մարմնական վնասվածքներն ստացել են Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի տարածքում գործող գիշերային ակումբներից մեկի մոտ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։
Դեպքի առթիվ Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 113-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որով հետագայում նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՀՀ ՔԿ հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությանը։ Երիտասարդները ճանաչվել են տուժող։
Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները։ Մասնավորապես՝ նախնական տվյալներով՝ տուժողները դեպքի օրն ընկերների հետ միասին այցելել են գիշերային ակումբ, որտեղ ժամանցային ծրագրի ավարտից հետո հեռացել են։
Որոշ ժամանակ անց տուժողները վերադարձել են նույն ակումբ՝ կորցրած առարկայի հետևից, որտեղ նրանցից մեկը, տեսնելով ակումբի մեկ այլ այցելուի, կարծել է, թե ծանոթ են և հետաքրքրվել, թե արդյոք ճանաչում են միմյանց։ Նշված հարցի շուրջ զրույցը շարունակվել է ակումբից դուրս, ինչը վերածվել է վիճաբանության, որի ժամանակ էլ երիտասարդներին ակումբի մյուս այցելուի կողմից դանակով հարվածներ է հասցվել՝ պատճառելով տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Երևանի 29-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 117-րդ հոդվածով և 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Նախաքննությունը ավարտվել է, քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
