ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Վերջին օրերին սոցիալական ցանցերում ակտիվացել են «խաղաղասիրական», հակամիլ իտարիստական դրսևորումները, որոնց բովանդակությունը կարճ կարելի է ձևակերպել որպես Ադրբեջանի ու ադրբեջանցիների հետ բարեկամություն հաստատելու և այդ ճանապարհն անձնական, անհատական մակարդակով հարթելու ցանկություն: Իհարկե խաղաղությունն անգին է, հատկապես Հայաստանի համար, որը երեսուն տարուց ավելի է կիսապատերազմ– կիսախաղաղություն վիճակում է գտնվում:
Սակայն խաղաղությունն ու բարեկամությունն Ադրբեջանի հետ ինքնին չեն կարող լինել ինքնանպատակ՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու հայ–ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կոնտեքստը: Իսկ այդ կոնտեքստը բավական բարդ է, հագեցած այրված կամուրջներով, թշնամության մթնոլորտով, որն արդեն ավելին է, քան զուտ ռազմական կամ քաղաքական կոնֆլիկտը: Ադրբեջանում մի քանի սերունդներ են դաստիարակվել հակահայկականության հիմքով, Ադրբեջանից բարձրագույն ղեկավարության մակարդակով հնչում են ռազմատենչ կոչեր, որոնց թիրախում ոչ միայն կոնֆլիկտի խնդրո առարկա Արցախն է, այլ Երևանը, Նախիջևանը, Սևանա լիճը: Ակնհայտ է, որ ադրբեջանական կողմի համար հակահայկականությունը ոչ միայն կոնֆլիկտին զուգահեռ ընթացող, դրա տրամաբանական հետևանք հանդիսացող դրսևորում է, այլև ինքնության ու պատմության մաս, թեկուզև խմբագրված, արհեստականորեն գրված, բայց ամեն դեպքում ինքնության մաս:
Հետևաբար խաղաղության ու բարեկամության մասին խոսելիս պետք է հաշվի առնել, թե ինչպիսին է դիմացի կողմի դիրքորոշումն ու արձագանքը: Արդյո՞ք ինքնանպատակ խաղաղության կոչերը Հայաստանից Ադրբեջանում չեն ընկալվում որպես թուլություն: Փորձը ցույց է տվել, որ հենց այդպես էլ ընկալվում են, որովհետև խաղաղության մասին ամեն հերթական հայաստանյան «ֆլեշ մոբից» հետո ադրբեջանական կողմից հնչող հակահայկական հայտարարություններն ավելի են սրվում:
