Աստանայում մեկնարկել է ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստը
POLITICSԱստանայում մեկնարկել է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստը, որին մասնակցում է նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով ղազախական Kaztag գործակալությունը, նիստը բացել է Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը: «Նիստի ընթացքում կլսենք ՀԱՊԿ քարտուղարության տեղեկատվությունը, ամփոփվելու են 2018թ. ՀԱՊԿ-ում Ղազախստանի նախագահության արդյունքները, քննարկվելու են մեր երկրներում հավաքական անվտանգության ապահովման արդիական հարցերը: Ղրղզական կողմը կներկայացնի ՀԱՊԿ-ում նախագահության առաջնահերթությունները, քանի որ նախագահությունն անցնում է այդ երկրին»,-ասել է Նազարբաևը:
Նիստի առաջին մասը կանցնի նեղ կազմով, որը փակ կլինի լրատվամիջոցների համար: Այնուհետև նիստը կշարունակվի ընդլայնված կազմով, որը բաց է լինելու լրատվամիջոցների համար: Նիստի ավարտից հետո սպասվում է Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևի և ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնակատար Վալերի Սեմերիկովի հանդիպումը լրագրողների հետ:
Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների ղեկավարները նոյեմբերի 8-ին Աստանայում կայանալիք գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում կքննարկեն կազմակերպության նոր գլխավոր քարտուղարի հարցը, ով կփոխարինի պաշտոնից ազատված, Հայաստանը ներկայացնող Յուրի Խաչատուրովին:
