Խաչատուր Քոքոբելյանը Հայաստանի տնտեսության զարգացման համար համակարգային փոփոխությունների անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում
POLITICS«Ազատ դեմոկրատներ» կուսակցության նախագահ Խաչատուր Քոքոբելյանը կարծում է, որ այսօր Հայաստանում փոփոխությունների կարևորագույն, առանցքային խնդիրը լուծված է. Հայաստանում իրատեսորեն ոչ է ասված կոռուպցիային: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Խաչատուր Քոքոբելյանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց ԱԺ առաջիկա արտահերթ ընտրություններին «Մենք» դաշինքով մասնակցելու վերաբերյալ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության նախագահ Արամ Սարգսյանի հետ հուշագրի ստորագրումից հետո ունեցած ելույթում: «Բայց ինչպե՞ս կարելի է վերացնել կոռուպցիան: Կոռուպցիան վերացնելու, երկրում տնտեսության զարգացման, արդյունավետ կառավարման հաստատման համար Հայաստանում անհրաժեշտ է կատարել համակարգային փոփոխություններ: Մենք բերում ենք այդ համակարգային փոփոխությունները: Մենք ապահովելու ենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը դառնա ինքնավստահ երկիր»,- ասաց Քոքոբելյանը:
Նա շեշտեց, որ տնտեսությունը պետության ողնաշարն է, հետևաբար, եթե տնտեսությունը չի զարգանում, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացու կյանքը չի կարող լավանալ: «Այսօր ամբողջ աշխարհում ցանկացած զարգացած երկիր փորձում է իր երկիրը դարձնել հարմարավետ և երջանիկ ապրելու երկիր: Մենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը դարձնելու ենք այնպիսի երկիր, որտեղ ապրելը հարմարավետ կլինի, այլ ոչ թե Հայաստանը կլինի էժան բիզնես ունենալու երկիր»,- նշեց Խաչատուր Քոքոբելյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ամենամեծ կապիտալը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գիտակ քաղաքացին է: «Մենք տաղանդների պակաս չունենք, մենք ի վիճակի քաղաքացիների կադրային սով չունենք: Հայաստանն այդ խնդիրը չունի»,- ընդգծեց Քոքոբելյանը:
«Ազատ դեմոկրատներ» կուսակցության առաջնորդը նաև հավելեց, որ իրենք հավակնում են լինել իշխանությունների գլխավոր ընդդիմախոսը, որի աջակիցն են եղել ի սկզբանե:
«Հանրապետություն» և «Ազատ դեմոկրատներ» կուսակցությունները նոյեմբերի 10-ին հուշագիր են ստորագրել Ազգային ժողովի առաջիկա արտահերթ ընտրություններին «Մենք» դաշինքով մասնակցելու վերաբերյալ:
