Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրին՝ Նախագահը գոհունակությամբ է նշել, որ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև դաշնակցային հարաբերությունները դինամիկ զարգանում են, ինչին, ըստ նրա, անկասկած, նպաստում են տարբեր մակարդակի պարբերական փոխայցերը, որոնց շրջանակներում ընթացիկ տարում Երևանում և Մոսկվայում կայացել են ՀՀ և ՌԴ նախագահների հանդիպումները: Բարձր մակարդակի մի շարք հանդիպումներ են տեղÕ « ունեցել նաև Եվրասիական միության, ՀԱՊԿ, ԱՊՀ ձևաչափերով կայացած միջոցառումների շրջանակներում: ՀՀ Նախագահի գնահատմամբ, կանոնավոր բնույթ են կրում երկու երկրների օրենսդիր և գործադիր իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչների միջև շփումները: Ըստ ժամանակացույցի, ընթացիկ տարում արդեն անցկացվել են միջկառավարական և միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովների նիստեր: Օրերս Երևանում հաջողությամբ գործունեությունն ավարտեց միջտարածաշրջանային համագործակցության չորրորդ համաժողովը, որին մասնակցեց նաև պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստան ժամանած ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշ նության խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն: Հոկտեմբերի վերջին Երևանում անցկացվեց Արևելյան լեզուների Լազարյան ճեմարանի 200-ամյակին նվիրված Մոսկվայի միջազգային հարաբերությունների պետական ինստիտուտի շրջանավարտների երրորդ միջազգային ֆորումը:

Բոլոր այդ հանդիպումներն ու միջոցառումները, ըստ Նախագահի, եղել են երկուստեք օգտակար և արդյունավետ: Սերժ Սարգսյանի համոզմամբ, շփումների նման ինտենսիվությունը վկայում է բոլոր ուղղություններով դաշնակցային փոխգործակցությունը զարգացնելու երկու երկրների փոխադարձ հետաքրքրվածության և առկա ձևաչափերի շրջանակներում ընթացիկ հարցերը համատեղ քննարկելու պատրաստակամության մասին:

Զրուցակիցները համակարծիք են եղել, որ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև հետևողականորեն զարգանում է համագործակցությունը տնտեսական, ռազմատեխնիկական և հումանիտար ոլորտներում: Վերջին մեկ ու կես տարվա ընթացքում իրավապայմանագրային բազան հարստացել է գրեթե երեք տասնյակ միջպետական, միջկառավարական, միջգերատեսչական և միջտարածաշրջանային փաստաթղթերով, ինչը, ըստ նրանց, վկայում է երկկողմ օրակարգի հագեցվածության մասին: Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը բարձր է գնահատել ՌԴ դերը ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացում և տարածաշրջանում անվտանգության ու կայունու թյան հաստատման գործում:

Արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը ՀՀ Նախագահին է փոխանցել ՌԴ Նախագահի ջերմ ողջույնները և ընդգծել, որ Վլ. Պուտինը հետևողական է հայ-ռուսական բարձր մակարդակի պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչելու հարցում: Սերգեյ Լավրովը ևս գոհունակությամբ է փաստել բոլոր ուղղություններով հայ-ռուսական երկկողմ փոխգործակցության արդյունքում արձանագրված առաջընթացն ու դինամիկ զարգացող հարաբերությունները նաև ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների շրջանակներում: Հայաստանի լիիրավ անդամակցությունը ԵԱՏՄ-ին, նրա համոզմամբ, անշուշտ, դրական ազդեցություն կունենա տնտեսական հարաբերությունների առավել խորացման ու զարգացման տեսանկյունից:

Անդրադառնալով ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացին՝ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է, որ հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորումն այլընտրանք չունի:

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել նաև միջազգային արդի խնդիրների ու մարտահրավերների շուրջ:
