POLITICSTert.am-ի հետ զրույցում 1992-95թթ. ՀՀ նախագահի հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Դավիթ Շահնազարյանը հաստատում է տեղեկությունները, որ ընդունել է առաջարկը՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության ընտրացուցակով մասնակցել Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրություններին: «Օրվա հրամայականը Հայաստանի ու Արցախի պետականությունների անվտանգությունը հեղափոխականության սպառնալիքներից պաշտպանելն է»,-ասում է նա:
- Պարո՛ն Շահնազարյան, տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում ՀՀԿ ցուցակով խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին Ձեր մասնակցության վերաբերյալ: Որքանո՞վ են դրանք արժանահավատ:
- ՀՀԿ ցուցակով խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու առաջարկն ստացել եմ այսօր և ընդունել այն: Իմ այս որոշման հիմքում խորը մտահոգություններն են` կապված Հայաստանի և Արցախի Հանրապետություններին սպառնացող հարաճուն վտանգների հետ:
Գործող հեղափոխական վարչախումբը ոչ միայն եղած մարտահրավերներին ու սպառնալիքներին համարժեք քաղաքականություն չի վարել, այլև վեցամսյա իր գործունեությամբ ու անգործությամբ բազմապատկել է եղածները, ավելացրել նորերը: Ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ հայտարարում եմ` 1988-ից ի վեր երբեք սպառնալիքներն ու մարտահրավերներն այնքան վտանգավոր ընթացք չեն ունեցել, որքան ներկայում: Օրվա հրամայականը Հայաստանի ու Արցախի պետականությունների անվտանգությունը հեղափոխականության սպառնալիքներից պաշտպանելն է:
- Այսինքն, պարո՛ն Շահնազարյան, դուք ստանձնում եք նաև պատասխանատվություն ՀՀԿ-ի համա՞ր:
- ՀՀԿ-ն այսօր, մեղմ ասած, իր լավագույն օրերը չի ապրում, բայց և արդյունավետ վերափոխվում՝ արդիականացվում է:
ՀՀԿ-ի արածների և չարածների համար, իմ այս որոշմամբ, իհարկե, ստանձնում եմ քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն: Ունեցել և ունեմ սկզբունքներ, որոնք չեմ փոխել: Թեև ընդհանրապես ասած` սկզբունքները քարացած դոգմաներ չեն, կարող են փոփոխվել, բայց սկզբունքներիս հավատարիմ մնալով եմ կայացրել այս որոշումը: Եվ առհասարակ, լինելով Հայաստանի երրորդ հանրապետության հիմնադիրներից մեկը՝ ինձ պատասխանատու եմ համարում ոչ միայն 1988թ-ից մինչ այսօր Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցածի, այլև ապագա զարգացումների համար:
- Իսկ ճի՞շտ են մեր տեղեկությունները, որ Ձեզ առաջարկվել է տեղ ՀՀԿ համամասնական ցուցակի վերին հատվածում:
- Մի քանի օրից ցուցակը կհրապարակվի, և պարզ կլինի:
- ՀՀԿ որոշ գործիչներ հայտարարել են, որ ընտրությունների արդյունքում ՀՀԿ-ն երկրորդ քաղաքական ուժն է դառնալու խորհրդարանում...
- Ընտրությունները քաղաքական պայքարի լոկ մի շատ կարևոր, բայց ընդամենը առաջիկա փուլն է: Քաղաքականությունն ու ընտրություններն օլիմպիադա չեն, որտեղ կարևորը մասնակցությունն է, ոչ թե հաղթանակը: Ավելի քան 20 տարի ՀՀ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ընդդիմությունը իրականում հաղթանակ տանելու խնդիր չի էլ դրել: Քաղաքական պայքարում իմ նպատակը եղել և մնում է հաղթանակը։
