Երևանում 19-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ կատարված սպանության փորձը բացահայտվել է. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 23-ամյա երիտասարդի
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են 19-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձի դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 23-ամյա երիտասարդին:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 6-ին՝ ժամը 00:20-ին, «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «որովայնի խոռոչի թափանցող հրազենային վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մի երիտասարդ՝ ծնված 1999 թվականին, ով, ըստ վերջինիս պապի հաղորդման, վնասվածքն ստացել է Երևան քաղաքի Տիգրանյան փողոցում:
Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել էր, որ երիտասարդը մարմնական վնասվածքն ստացել էր նոյեմբերի 5-ին՝ ժամը 23:40-ի սահմաններում՝ Տիգրանյան փողոցում:
Դեպքի առթիվ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցված քրեական գործով իրականացված մեծածավալ քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1995 թվականին:
Վերջինս 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 6-ին ինքնակամ ներկայացել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Քրեական գործով նշանակված դատաքիմիական փորձաքննության եզրակացությունն ստացվել է, համաձայն որի՝ վերջինիս հագուստի վրա առկա են եղել կրակոցի արգասիքներ:
Օրենքով սահմանված կարգով կատարվել են խուզարկություններ:
Քննիչը միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ 23-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորում կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, ինչը բավարարվել է:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքների բազմակողմանի հետազոտումն ապահովելու, ցուցմունքներում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ:
