POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Վաղը՝ հոկտեմբերի 14–ին, ժամը 18.00–ին լրանում է կուսակցությունների, կուսակցությունների դաշինքների՝ գրանցման համար փաստաթղթերը Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողով ներկայացնելու վերջնաժամկետը: Փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ գրեթե բոլոր ուժերն էլ փաստաթղթերը ներկայացնելու են «վերջին պահին» ռեժիմով: Մեր տեղեկություններով, երեկվա դրությամբ գրեթե ամբողջությամբ պատրաստ էին ՔՊԿ–ի, ԲՀԿ–ի, ՀՀԿ–ի և «Լուսավոր Հայաստանի» փաստաթղթերը: Որոշ կուսակցություններ դեռ երեկ շարունակում էին թեկնածուներ հրավիրել՝ իրենց ցուցակներով հանդես գալու համար՝ համարյա «էստի համեցեք» սկզբունքով: Լուրջ խնդիրներ ունեն հատկապես նորաստեղծ ուժերը: Սակայն մասնավորաբար ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով թեկնածուներ առաջադրելու «դեֆիցիտն» առկա է նաև համեմատաբար հին ուժերի շրջանում: Անգամ որոշ հայտնի կուսակցություններ դեռևս վստահ չեն՝ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու առումով: Եվ եթե Ընտրական օրենսգրքի փոփոխություններն ընդունվելու և ըստ այդմ՝ բացառապես համամասնական ընտրակարգի անցնելու հեռանկարի դեպքում ակնկալվում էր քաղաքական ուժերի մասնակցության մեծ քանակ, նույնիսկ ավելին, քան Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ժամանակ էր, ապա առաջիկա ընտրությունների մասնակիցների քանակն, ըստ նախնական ուսումնասիրությունների, չի անցնի մեկ տասնյակը:
