Թուրքիային Քեմալ Օքսուզին հանձնելու միջնորդությունը ստացվել է ԱՄՆ-ի միջնորդությունը բավարարելուց հետո. ՀՀ դատախազություն
POLITICSՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը Թուրքիայի իրավասու մարմիններից ստացել է միջնորդություն՝ Երևանում ձերբակալված ազգությամբ թուրք հակահայ լոբբիստ Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզին իրենց հանձնելու վերաբերյալ:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան՝ այս մասին հայտնել են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
«Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության իրավասու մարմիններին հայտնել են, որ Ք. Օքսուզին քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկելու նպատակով Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության իրավասու մարմիններին հանձնելու մասին միջնորդությունը ստացվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից նրա նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնելու նպատակով Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների իրավասու մարմիններին հանձնումը թույլատրելու վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացնելուց հետո»,- նշել են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից որոշում էր կայացվել Քեվին(Քեմալ) Օքսուզի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում իրականացնելու նպատակով հանձնել նրան Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների իրավասու մարմիններին:
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իրավասու մարմիններին հանձնարարվել էր իրականացնել Ք. Օքսուզի փոխանցումը ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմիններին:
ԱՄՆ իրավասու մարմինների կողմից հետախուզվող Օքսուզի նկատմամբ Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի օգոստոսի 31-ի որոշմամբ կիրառվել էր կալանավորում: Հակահայ լոբբիստ Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզը, ով Միացյալ Նահանգների կողմից միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ էր ԱՄՆ ներկայացուցիչների պալատի էթիկայի հանձնաժողովից նյութեր կեղծելու ու թաքցնելու համար, Հայաստանում ևս հակաօրինական գործունեություն էր ծավալել։
Հայաստանում նրա հիմնած The Sena Group ընկերությունը խուսափել է հարկերի վճարումից։The Sena Group ՍՊ ընկերության (հիմնադիր՝ Քեվին (Քեմալ) Օքսուզ) տնօրինության կողմից խոշոր չափերով հարկեր չվճարելու առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կողմից ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 205-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ:
