ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններին արտերկրից կքվեարկի 729 ՀՀ քաղաքացի
POLITICSԱԺ առաջիկա արտահերթ ընտրություններին արտերկրից էլեկտրոնային եղանակով կքվեարկի 729 ՀՀ քաղաքացի: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նոյեմբերի 13-ին տեղի ունեցած նիստում այս մասին հայտնեց ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:
«Ազգային Ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրություններին արտերկրում ապրող ՀՀ քաղաքացիների էլեկտրոնային եղանակով քվեարկությունը կազմակերպելու համար մենք ստացել ենք համապատասխան գրություն ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչությունից, որում տեղեկացվում է, որ մինչև սահմանված ժամկետի ավարտը իրենք տեղեկատվություն են ստացել միայն Արտաքին գործերի և պաշտպանության նախարարություններից: ԱԳՆ-ի ցուցակով ներկայացվել է 253 քվեարկող-ընտրող, իսկ ՊՆ-ի ցուցակով` 476 քվեարկող-ընտրող: Էլեկտրոնային եղանակով ընտրողների ընդհանուր թիվը 729 է»,- նշեց Մուկուչյանը:
Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովն ընտրողների համար կազմել է համապատասխան ծրարներ, որոնք մինչև նոյեմբերի 30-ը պետք է համապատասխան մարմինների կողմից փոխանցվեն արտերկրում բնակվող ընտրողներին:
«Ծրարներում գտվնում է էլեկտրոնային քվեարկության ուղեցույց: Մեկնարկելու է նոյեմբերի 30-ին՝ Երևանի ժամանակով 08:00-ին, ավարտվելու է դեկտեմբերի 2-ին՝ ժամը 20:00-ին: Արդյունքների ամփոփումն իրականացվելու է հանձնաժողովի անդամների կողմից՝ նախապես հավաքվող կոդային համակարգի միջոցով»,- նշեց Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:
Էլեկտրոնային եղանակով քվեարկելու իրավունք ունեն ՀՀ դիվանագիտական կամ հյուպատոսական ներկայացուցչություններում դիվանագիտական ծառայություն անցնող ընտրողները և նրանց հետ արտերկրում բնակվող ընտանիքի` ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող անդամները, օտարերկրյա պետություններում երկարատև ծառայողական գործուղման կամ ուսման մեջ գտնվող զինծառայողները և նրանց հետ արտերկրում բնակվող ընտանիքի` ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող անդամները, ՀՀ-ում գրանցված իրավաբանական անձանց, անկախ սեփականության ձևից, արտասահմանում տեղակայված ներկայացուցչությունների ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող աշխատակիցները և նրանց հետ արտերկրում բնակվող ընտանիքի` ընտրելու իրավունք ունեցող անդամները:
ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունները տեղի կունենան դեկտեմբերի 9-ին: Կուսակցություններն ուկուսակցությունների դաշինքները կարող են իրենց հայտերը ներկայացնել մինչև նոյեմբերի 14-ը, ժամը 18։00-ը։ Դրանց գրանցումը ԿԸՀ-ն կիրականացնի մինչև նոյեմբերի 19-ը, ժամը 18։00-ն։Քարոզչության ժամանակահատվածը նոյեմբերի 26-ից դեկտեմբերի 7-ն է։ Ընտրականօրենսգրքով սահմանվել է 12-օրյա ժամկետ:
