POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Թե որ ուժերն են մասնակցելու ընտրություններին, արդեն պարզ է: Սակայն պակաս հետաքրքիր չեն ընտրություններին չմասնակցելու որոշում կայացրած մի շարք քաղաքական ուժերի հայտարարություններն առ այն, որ իրենք իրենց չմասնակցությամբ շանս են տալիս հեղափոխությանն ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Եթե այդպիսի հայտարարությունները լինեին մեկ–երկուսը, կարելի կլիներ չանդրադառնալ դրանց: Բայց այդպիսի հայտարարություններն աճում են երկրաչափական պրոգրեսիայով: Ավելին՝ քիչ չեն նաև այն ուժերն ու գործիչները, որոնք անկախ մասնակցել–չմասնակցելուց, հանդես են գալիս հեղափոխության արժեքների պահապանների, հեղափոխական անմար ճրագի պատվո պահակախմբի դրոշներով, ընդ որում, որևէ կերպ կապ չունենալով հեղափոխության բուն գործընթացի հետ:
Ինչևէ: Վերոնշյալ ուժերն ու գործիչները պետք է հասկանան մի բան՝ եթե որևէ մեկին նրանք շանս են տալիս, ապա այդ մեկը հենց իրենք են: Չմասնակցելով՝ այդ ուժերը շանս են ստանում վերջնականապես չփոշիանալու, հետագայում նոր քաղաքական ցիկլերում մասնակցելու, եթե, իհարկե, այս ընթացքում զբաղվեն կուսակցաշինությամբ ու քաղաքականությամբ: Այլապես ծիծաղելի է, որ լավագույն դեպքում կես կամ մեկ տոկոսանոց պոտենցիալով ուժերը խոսում են Փաշինյանին շանս տալու մասին, կարծես թե նրանց չմասնակցությունն է, որ թույլ է տալու Փաշինյանին, ասենք, 20 տոկոսի փոխարեն 50 տոկոսից ավելի ձայն ստանալ:
Ցանկացած ուժ ինքն է որոշում մասնակցել, թե չմասնակցել ընտրություններին՝ անկախ իր ունեցած հնարավորություններից: Բայց կարիք չկա հասարակությանը հրամցնել ծիծաղելի բացատրություններ: Ավելին՝ իսկական ժամանակն է քաղաքականության մեջ ամրագրվելու պրոցեսը սկսել ազնիվ խոսակցությունից՝ արձանագրելով, որ այս փուլում ռեսուրսները բավարար չեն ու հետևաբար նպատակահարմար չէ մասնակցության որևէ ձևաչափ:
