Ընտրություններին «ասողների» ինստիտուտը չի լինելու. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան
POLITICSԿառավարության նիստի մեկնարկին մինչեւ օրակարգային հարցերին անցնելը վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոսեց այն մասին, որ Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրությունները պետք է անթերի անցնեն:
«Մենք լիարժեք թեւակոխել ենք նախընտրական փուլ, քանի որ ավարտվել է քաղաքական ուժերի գրանցումը: Ընտրությունների անցկացման քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը կրում է մեր կառավարությունը: Ընդունված է ասել, որ մենք խնդիր ենք դրել անցկացնել 3-րդ հանրապետության ամենաորակյալ ընտրությունները: Պետք է անցկացնենք ընտրություններ նաեւ միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան»:
Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ պետք է բացառվի վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառումը: «Մասնավորապես, երբ նախկինում հանրակրթության ոլորտը ներքաշվում էր քաղաքական եւ քարոզարշավային ընտրությունների մեջ: Ուղղորդում չի լինելու, չի լինելու «ասողների» ինստիտուտը: Ընտրողների կարծիքները պետք է ձեւավորվեն քարոզչության հիման վրա: Պետք է բացառենք քվեաթերթիկը սխալ տրցակում դնելու անգամ մեկ դեպքը: Նման փորձ անողներին կհակազդի օրենքը՝ ողջ ուժով»:
Վարչապետը ոստիկանապետին եւ ՀՔԾ-ի ղեկավարին հանձնարարեց ընտրակաշառքների բաժանման դեպքերը կանխել, իսկ բացահայտելու դեպքում առաջնորդվել օրենքի ամբողջ ուժով: «Ես հույս ունեմ, որ ոստիկանությունը եւ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը պատրաստ են ոչ միայն արձագանքելու, այլեւ պրոֆիլակտիկ աշխատանքի արդյունքում կանխել ընտրակաշառքի երեւույթը: Պետք է ապահովենք քաղաքական ուժերի միջեւ հավասար մրցակցությունը: Որեւէ քաղաքական ուժի առջեւ դահլիճի սահմանափակում չի դրվելու:
Ընտրացուցակների պատասխանատվությունը ոստիկանությունն է կրում: Նախորդ ընտրություններին այս ընտրատարածքից մյուս ընտրատարածք ընտրողների միգրացիա է տեղի ունեցել: Այդ երեւույթը պետք է բացառել, ես հույս ունեմ, որ տեղեկատվությունը կստանաք եւ կվերլուծենք իրավիճակը, պարոն Օսիպյան: Ես կասկած չունեմ, որ բացարձակ անթերի ընտրություններ ենք անցկացնելու»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունները տեղի են ունենալու դեկտեմբերի 9-ին. ընտրություններին մասնակցում է 11 քաղաքական ուժ:
