SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Այս օրերին, երբ բոլորը զբաղված են համապետական ընտրությունների մանրամասների մասին տեղեկություններ հայթայթելով կամ տարածելով, թվում է, թե այլ գործերով զբաղվելը ժամանակավրեպ ու անիմաստ է: Այս թոհուբոհի ընթացքում, սակայն, «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, նախարարությունների օպտիմալացման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների ակտիվ գործընթաց է իրականացվում: Ու մինչ կորոշվի, թե ընտրություններից հետո որ նախարարությունն ինչ ճակատագիր կունենա, կամ նախարարություններում ինչպիսի կրճատումներ կլինեն, մի շարք գերատեսչությունների բոլոր աշխատակիցները մեկ մարդու նման պարտադրված ստորագրում են աշխատանքից ազատվելու մասին դիմումների տակ՝ առանց ամսաթվի: Եվ զավեշտալին այն է, որ բոլորն անխտիր համաձայնում են ստորագրել նման դիմումի տակ: Իմանալով, որ քաղծառայողներին աշխատանքից ազատելու կամ հաստիքի կրճատման դեպքում օրենքով պետությունը որոշակի պարտավորություններ ունի նրանց նկատմամբ, այդուամենայնիվ, հեզ ու խոնարհ համաձայնում են ստորագրել և որևէ մեկի մտքով չի անցնում բողոքի ձայն բարձրացնել: Ի դեպ, աշխատանքից ազատման զանգվածային դիմում հավաքելու «կազմակերպիչները» հայտարարում են, թե հրամանը «վերևից» է: Գուցե գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարներն են փորձում հին մեթոդներով աշխատողների վրա ճնշում գործադրել ու ամեն ինչ վերևների վրա են գցում՝ հույս ունենալով, թե ընտրություններից հետո իրենք կվերանշանակվեն ու այդկերպ կկարողանան գերատեսչությունները զտել իրենց համար անցանկալի անձանցից, գուցե իսկապես գլոբալ առումով նման որոշում կա: Իսկ պատճառները, մեր տեղեկություններով, մի քանիսն են: Նախ՝ այսպիսով բոլորն անխտիր մնում են «բռի մեջ» ու սպասողական վիճակում: Երկրորդ՝ նախաձեռնողների պատկերացմամբ, դիմում գրածներն ավելի լավ կաշխատեն, քանի որ ոչ ոք չգիտի, թե ընտրություններից հետո քանիսի ու կոնկրետ ում դիմումներն են մակագրվելու: Եվ երրորդ՝ պետությունը կխնայի հաստիքի կրճատման դեպքում տրվող փոխհատուցումները. մարդուն սեփական դիմումի համաձայն կազատեն, ապա հաստիքը կկրճատեն:
