ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նախընտրական Հայաստանի հին ավանդույթներից մեկն է հասարակության բոլոր շերտերի խիստ ներգրավվածությունը, ավելի ճիշտ՝ այդ ներգրավվածության իմիտացիան: Բոլորը «խառն են», բոլորը սպասում են ընտրությունների ավարտին, որ տեսնեն, թե ինչ է սպասվում իրենց: Եվ եթե թեկնածուների դեպքում այդ սպասումը բնական է, ապա անբնական է, թե ինչի են սպասում մնացածները, մարդիկ, ովքեր, օրինակ, որևէ կերպ ներգրավված չեն քաղաքական ուժերի կազմում, որևէ կերպ չեն մասնակցում ընտրություններին:
Ընտրությունների ավարտին սպասողներն, ընդ որում, բավական բազմաշերտ են: Մի մասն ունի կոնկրետ ակնկալիքներ արդյունքներից՝ պաշտոնի կամ այլ «բարիքների» տեսքով: Մյուս մասը ունի ընտրական պրոցեսներում ձայներ մոբիլիզացնելու փորձառություն և սպասում է, թե ինչպես է իր արհեստի պտուղները քաղելու այս անգամ: Բայց ամենամեծ շերտը հասարակությունն է ընդհանրապես, որի սպասումները ընտրություններից ավելին են քան բնականը:
Հենց այդ պատճառով է, որ շատերն ինչ–որ բան պայմանավորվելիս հղում են անում ընտրություններին՝ «խառն եմ, ապե», «էսա ընտրություններն անցնեն, նոր...», «մի հատ տենանք՝ էս ընտրություններին ինչ ա լինում» և նման կարգի այլ ձևակերպումներով:
Խնդիրն այն է, որ հասարակության շարքեր են ներարկվում ահռելի սպասելիքներ, ընտրությունները մատուցվում են որպես փրկության դուռ: Հասարակությունն էլ, ըստ այդմ, ամեն հերթական ընտրության վերաբերում է որպես առանձնահատուկ երևույթի, որպես դրախտի կամ դժոխքի: Հասարակության չափազանցված սպասելիքները կառուցողական հուն տեղափոխելու միակ տարբերակը հստակ ծրագրային պայքարն է, երբ ինչ կլինի հետո հարցի պատասխանն ի սկզբանե պարզ է, և այդ հարցի պատասխանն ունենալով է քաղաքացին մտնում քվեախցիկ, ոչ թե ենթադրություններով ու իռացիոնալ ակնկալիքներով:
