Ոստիկանները բացահայտել են ֆինանսական բուրգ ստեղծելու, կազմակերպելու կամ ղեկավարելու դեպք
SOCIETYՕրերս ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության 3-րդ վարչությունում օպերատիվ տվյալներ են ստացվել, որ Երևանում գտնվող մի կազմակերպություն հիպնոսի և նեյրոլինգվիստիկ ծրագրավորման եղանակով հաճախորդներից գումարներ է կորզում՝ յուրաքանչյուրից 2000 դոլարին համարժեք դրամ՝ նրանց վաճառելով տուրիստական փաթեթներ։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, կազմակերպությունում իրականացվել են համապատասխան ստուգումներ՝ ստացված տեղեկությունների իսկությունը պարզելու նպատակով։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ հաճախորդը պարտադիր գնում է հյուրանոցի ամրագրման փաթեթ՝ դառնալով ցանցի անդամ։ Այնուհետև փորձում է այլ անձանց ևս ներգրավել՝ նրանց էլ առաջարկելով գնել հյուրանոցի ամրագրման փաթեթ։ Այս մեխանիզմով կազմակերպությունը ստանում է միավորներ, որոնք հետագայում վերածվում են գումարի։ Ընդ որում հիշյալ գործարքները շինծու են, քանի որ բոլոր ներգրավվող անձանց նպատակը գումար վաստակելն է: Այս իսկ պատճառով նրանք ձեռք են բերում վերոհիշյալ փաստաթղթերը, որպեսզի դառնան ֆինանսական բուրգի մի մասը:
Հարկ է նշել, որ ֆինանսական բուրգը գույքի կամ գումարի ներգրավմանն ուղղված գործունեություն է որով գույք ներդրող կամ ֆինանսական բուրգում առաջարկվող գույքի կամ ծառայության դիմաց վճարում կատարող անձանց առաջարկվող նյութական օգուտը պայմանավորվում է բացառապես նոր ներդրողների ներգրավումից ստացված գույքի հաշվին` առանց նշված գույքը իրական ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեության մեջ օգտագործելու մտադրության:
Քանի որ նախապատրաստված նյութերով առկա են առերևույթ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ, ուստի ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Ֆինանսական բուրգ ստեղծելու, կազմակերպելու կամ ղեկավարելու հատկանիշներով։
Հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում ցուցմունք է վերցվել կազմակերպության տնօրենից, ինչպես և այլ անձանցից։ Դատարանի որոշումներով կատարվել են խուզարկություններ, որոնց արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են կազմակերպության գործունեությանը վերաբերող փաստաթղթեր։
