SOCIETYՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Գեղամ Գևորգյանը LoftYerevan-ում «Գյուղատնտեսություն, որը բիզնես է» թեմայի շուրջ հանդիպմանը անդրադարձավ գյուղատնտեսական հողերի մասնատված լինելուն և ոչ արդյունավետ օգտագործումը խնդիր համարեց:
«Մենք ունենք 450 հազար գյուղատնտեսական վարելահողեր, որոնց 40 տոկոսն ենք օգտագործում: Հիմա մենք նախատեսում ենք հողերի բորսայի գաղափարը ներդնել, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա ֆերմերներին, որոնք իրականում զբաղվում են գյուղատնտեսությամբ, վարձակալության վերցնեն չօգտագործված հողերը` միևնույն ժամանակ այլ անձանց չզրկելով իրենց սեփականության իրավունքից»,-ասաց նա:
Գեղամ Գևորգյանը նշեց, որ մենք ունենք ցածր արտադրողականություն, և արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու համար պետք է նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաներ օգտագործել, ժամանակակից ոռոգման համակարգեր կիրառել:
«Մեր քաղաքականության փիլիսոփայությունը ագրոպարենային համակարգում նոր տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմանն է ուղղված: Եթե ֆերմերը ցանկանում է ձեռք բերել նոր գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկա, պետությունը այս կամ այն չափով կսուբսիդավորի այդ հարցը»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ ջրի խնդիրը ոչ միայն սակավության, այլ նաև որակական առումով բավականին լուրջ խնդիր է:
Նախարարի պաշտոնակատարը նշեց, որ ֆերմերներին հասկանալի ձևով փորձելու են հասցնել պետության ազդակները: «Արդեն երկու տարի փորձում ենք կռահել, թե ինչ տեղակատվական աղբյուրներից են ամենաշատը օգտվում ֆերմերները և մի քանի ֆերմերներ առաջին տեղում ֆեյսբուքի հարթակը համարեցին»,-ասաց նա
