Մենք ուրիշ ձեւ չենք տեսնում. բերդավանցիները կրկին ճանապարհ են փակել, այնտեղ է Տավուշի մարզպետը
SOCIETYԲերդավանի բնակիչներն այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 18-ին, կրկին ճանապարհ են փակել: Նրանք պահանջում են իշխանություններից ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ բանակցել եւ վերադարձնել արդեն 4 ամիս գերության մեջ գտնվող 34-ամյա Կարեն Ղազարյանին:
Բողոքողների հետ բանակցում է Տավուշի մարզպետ Վահե Ղալումյանը. նա ակցիայի մասնակիցներին փորձեց հանգստացնել եւ բացատրել, որ իշխանություններն ամեն ինչ անում են՝ Կարեն Ղազարյանին վերադարձնելու համար:
«Մեր միակ հնարավորությունն էս է, մենք ուրիշ ձեւ չենք տեսնում: Եթե Ադրբեջանն այդ դատի մասին չհայտարարեր, մենք էլի կսպասեինք, բայց դա մեզ լրիվ հունից հանեց: Իմ անմեղ երեխուն դիվերսանտ են դարձրել»,- մարզպետին դիմեց Կարեն Ղազարյանի մայրը:
Բողոքող բնակիչները մարզպետին հայտնեցին, որ իրենց են միացել նաեւ հարակից գյուղի բնակիչները:
Նշենք, որ երեկ նույնպես գյուղի բնակիչները բողոքի ակցիա էին իրականացրել եւ մի քանի ժամ փակ պահել Բագրատաշեն եւ Վրաստան տանող ճանապարհը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Տավուշի մարզի Բերդավան գյուղի բնակիչ 34-ամյա Կարեն Ղազարյանը հուլիսի 15-ին հայտնվել էր Ադրբեջանի տարածքում: Ադրբեջանական կողմը տեղեկություն էր տարածել «սահմանին Հայաստանի ԶՈՒ հետախուզադիվերսիոն խմբի հարձակման կանխման», ինչպես նաեւ 1984 թվականի ծնված հայ զինծառայող Կարեն Ղազարյանի գերեվարման մասին: Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը հայտարարել էր, որ Կարեն Ղազարյանը չի ծառայում եւ երբեք չի ծառայել Հայաստանի ԶՈՒ շարքերում:
Սա Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին չէր խանգարել Ղազարյանին դիվերսանտ հայտարարել եւ դատել:
ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Աննա Նաղդալյանը օրերս հայտարարել էր, որ Ադրբեջանը փորձել է շոու անել, Ղազարյանին դիվերսանտ ներկայացնել եւ հավասարության նշան դնել Ասկերովի եւ Գուլիեւի հետ, որոնք ծանր հանցագործություններ են կատարել. «Չնայած այս ամենին, համապատասխան աշխատանք է տարվում. հայրենակցին վերադարձնելու հարցն օրակարգում է»:
Այս հարցով ՀՀ օմբուդսմեն Արման Թաթոյանը դիմել է ՄԱԿ եւ ԵԽ հանձնակատարներին, աշխատանք է տարվում Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ: Արման Թաթոյանը նաեւ հայտնել է, որ իրենք միջազգային կառույցներին ներկայացրել ենք փաստաթղթեր, որ Կարեն Ղազարյանը քաղաքացիական անձ է, երբևէ չի ծառայել Զինված ուժերում և նաև ունի հոգեկան առողջության խնդիրներ: Սակայն այդ կառույցներից որեւէ արձագանք դեռ չկա:
