«Ժողովուրդ». Մանրամասներ ռազմական ոստիկանության փոխգնդապետի որդու՝ Արսեն Հերիքյանի մահվան դեպքից

«ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանությունում աշխատող կոչումով փոխգնդապետի որդու՝ Արսեն Հերիքյանի մահվան դեպքից որոշ մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել «Ժողովուրդ»–ին։
Այս տարվա նոյեմբերի 7-ին՝ ժամը 18:30-ի սահմաններում, Բաշինջաղյան 6-րդ շենքի բակում երիտասարդ տղայի դի էր հայտնաբերվել։ Մի փոքր ուշ պարզվել էր, որ մահացած տղան նույն շենքի 9-րդ հարկի բնակիչ, 17-ամյա Արսեն Հերիքյանն է, որի հայրն աշխատում է ՀՀ ՊՆ ռազմական ոստիկանությունում։ Ի դեպ, տղայի անշնչացած մարմնի մոտ իրավապահները ուրագ էին հայտնաբերել։ Արդյո՞ք տղան ուրագով գործ է արել, ինչի արդյունքում էլ սայթաքել և դարձել դժբախտ պատահարի զոհ, թե՞ ինքնասպան է եղել, դեռևս հայտնի չէ։ Փաստ է, որ Արսեն Հերիքյանը վայր է ընկել 9-րդ հարկում գտնվող իրենց բնակարանի պատշգամբից։ «Ժողովուոդ»–ին հաջողվեց պարզել, որ մահացած Արսեն Հերիքյանի ընտանիքը վերոնշյալ հասցեում վարձով է ապրում։ Դեպքի օրը Արսեն Հերիքյանի ծնողները տանից բացակայել են, աշխատանքի վայրում են եղել։ Նշված օրը Արսենի պապիկը հյուր է եկել նրանց տուն։ Մի փոքր զրուցելուց հետո տղան գնացել է պատշգամբ, և լսվել են ճչոցի ձայներ։ Ավելի ուշ պապը թոռնիկին հայտնաբերել է բակում ընկած։
Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով՝ ինքնասպանության հասցնել։ Հավելենք, որ իրավապահները դեռևս չեն հարցաքննել ընտանիքի անդամներին, քանի որ երեկ տղայի հոգեհանգիստն էր։ Ըստ էության, անչափահաս տղայի հուղարկավորությունից հետո միայն քննչական գործողություններ կիրականացվեն, ինչից հետո արդեն պարզ կլինի՝ կատարվածը դժբախտ պատահար էր, թե՝ ինքնասպանություն»,–գրում է թերթը։
