Բելառուսի դեսպանը Հայաստանը համարում է կապող օղակ ԵԱՏՄ-ի և Իրանի միջև

ԵԱՏՄ-ն փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն է ակնկալում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության հետ, և Հայաստանը այս հարցում կարող է կապող օղակ հանդիսանալ, ինչը շատ կարևոր է:
Այս մասին նշեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Բելառուսի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Իգոր Նազարուկը:
Անդրադառնալով ավարտվող տարում ԵԱՏՄ-ի շրջանակներում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դերակատարությանը` դեսպանը այն բնութագրեց իբրև շատ կառուցողական: «Ես չեմ հիշում, որ այս մեկ տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանը այս կառույցի ներսում ինչ-որ քննարկմանը մասնակցելիս որևէ բացասական ներազդեցություն ունենար այս կամ այն որոշումը կայացնելիս»,-շեշտեց Իգոր Նազարուկը:
Դեսպանի կարծիքով` Եվրամիության հետ ապագա համաձայնագրի ապրանքաշրջանառությունը կարգավորող կետերը ձևակերպելիս Հայաստանը պետք է հաշվի առնի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության առջև ստանձնած պարտավորությունները: «Այդ համաձայնագրի բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ առկա տեղեկատվությունը վկայում է, որ ԵՄ-Հայաստան ապագա համաձայնագրում արտաքին ապրանքաշրջանառությունը կարգավորող կետերն ունենալու են ընդհանուր ձևակերպումներ: Անշուշտ, մենք ողջունում ենք այսպիսի մոտեցումը, և համարում ենք, որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրները պետք է բազմակողմանի և բազմաբովանդակ հարաբերություններ հաստատեն նաև այլ երկրների հետ` չխաթարելով ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում առկա պայմանավորվածությունները»,-նշե
«Արմենպրես»-ի այն հարցին, թե ինչ ապագա է դեսպանը տեսնում ԵԱՏՄ-ի համար, բանախոսը պատասխանեց. «Մաքսային միության գոյության ժամանակ Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն առաջ էր քաշել «ինտեգրացիայի ինտեգրացիա» գաղափարը: Այսինքն մենք չպետք է պարփակվենք ինքներս մեր մեջ: Այո, մենք մեզ համար կարող ենք ստեծել առևտրի կազմակերպման հատուկ պայմաններ և տնտեսական հարաբերություններ, քանի որ ԵԱՏՄ դա առաջին հերթին տնտեսական միություն է: Բայց, մենք միշտ դիտարկում ենք ԵԱՏՄ-ն ավելի լայն տեսանկյունից, քանի որ մեր միությունը ավելի ուժեղ կլինի, երբ կառույցի անդամ երկրների արտաքին կապերը ավելի հզորանան, որից մեծապես կշահեն նաև միության անդամ երկրների տնտեսությունները: Մենք արդեն Վիետնամի հետ կնքել ենք ազատ առևտրի համաձայնագիր, ժամանակին բանակցություններ էինք սկսել նաև Եվրոպական ազատ առևտրի ասոցիացիայի անդամ երկրներ Իսլանդիայի, Նորվեգիայի, Լիխտենշտեյնի և Շվեյցարիայի հետ, որոնք ոչ մեր նախաձեռնությամբ դադարեցվել են»:
Հոկտեմբերի 12-ին Եվրամիության անդամ 28 երկրներ մանդատ են տվել Հայաստանին Եվրամիության հետ նոր համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունները սկսելու վերաբերյալ:
ԵԱՏՄ-ն Մաքսային միության եւ Միասնական տնտեսական տարածության բազայի վրա ստեղծված միջազգային ինտեգրացիոն տնտեսական միավորում է: Այն սկսել է գործել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից: Այժմ ԵԱՏՄ անդամներն են Ռուսաստանը, Հայաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը եւ Ղրղզստանը:
